The Ramada Hotel has been using Millwood for a very long time for the FRA. The service we received was fantastic, and the team at Millwood is absolutely amazing. They are easy to talk to about concerns and get it right every time.

Very bad, alarm been going for an hour nae no reply edit 2020: Funny how someone is trying to save face in the comments three years later. We had alerted landlord and the company several times, obviously. This happened many times in the period we lived there. Don't believe their replies.
Quite disappointed. We booked a slot for the contractor to come in and do the fire safety checks on the front door and glass panels. The slot was from 12pm till 5pm and no one has turned at all and I had taken a day off work for this to be carried out. And of course the Millwood office was closing at 4:30pm on Fridays.
Really impressed with service and the staffs knowledge.
