Optivo& southern housing been over 6mths ago and still waiting for repairs to be carried out bike still left chained to the stairs on the Frist floor.back door lock still not repaired person from 2nd floor keeps jamming the lock keeps entering the building by jumping over the fence keeps pressing everybody's buzzer to get in has little youths hanging around on the landings smoking weed the people letting their children using the lift and hall ways as there personal dust bins bins keep going missing people just throwing there rubbish on the floor rubbish left outside dust bin cupboard seems like southern housing are no better than optivo it's just money
