Very disappointing experience — poor diagnosis, no proper solution, and no accountability. I wasted both time and money.I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. Responding to the company’s reply: Thanks for the reply. Just to clarify — I never asked for free work. I simply expected the company to honour what was previously confirmed to me regarding the follow-up visit. The original issue wasn’t resolved, and the information I was given about the cost changed afterwards. My review reflects this experience so others can be aware.

James and his team were incredibly helpful and professional. They carried out a lighting rewire in my flat and replaced all the sockets and switches. They were extremely reliable and offered a competitive quote. I'm very pleased with the results.

We noticed a bad fishy smell in the bedroom whenever the light was switched on. Jack responded to my text message very promptly and came on time on the day we’d arranged. After fully investigating the light fitment and wiring in the ceiling, Jack found the fault and fitted a new light pendant and rose. He put in a new LED bulb too. Jack is very respectful of our property and leaves no mess, even putting on shoe protectors so as not to make our floors dirty. I found Jacks name and contact details from a WhatsApp group that I am on. He was recommended by neighbours and I recommend him too.

I Cannot rate James Electrical Services highly enough. They were a professional, and personable company to deal with and the work was carried out with the utmost efficiency. Jack who fitted our outside socket, was very knowledgable, and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting electrical work carried out.
