On the day I called, he took the time to discuss the issue in detail over the phone before promptly coming over to the property the very same day. He provided a clear and professional written statement with his recommendations. He was not only highly knowledgeable but also very friendly and professional throughout. I cannot recommend him and Twilight Electrical highly enough!

Excellent customer service experience from Pete. He initially came to wire in a bathroom mirror, but quickly identified a potentially dangerous situation in our home which would have invalidated our insurance. He gave detailed advice on how to work with our energy supplier to rectify the problem and then checked the work they came to fix which had in fact not been done correctly. Again he was able to advise us on how to work with the energy supplier to get them back to correct the issue. Pete is a great communicator, clear with his advice and recommendations, and a neat and tidy worker. He turns up when he says he will as well! I would highly recommend.

Twilight did a complete re-wire for us in very difficult circumstances. Pete consistently delivered expert advice and quality work to a very tight budget. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Pete installed a new kitchen set up including new sockets and a complete rewire to a new consumer unit. He also fitted two new light fittings and replaced numerous faceplates .Pete is efficient and extremely competent in what he does.
