We had Ben from Ava Electric round to install a front door light with a sensor, new lighting at the back door, and sleek downlights all around the garden – and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment he arrived, Ben was professional, punctual, and clearly passionate about his work. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure every detail was just right. The front door sensor light is super practical, the backdoor lighting is a real upgrade, and the garden downlights have completely transformed the space – it looks amazing at night! AVA Electric is absolutely first rate. They come when they say they will. They work quickly, efficiently and professionally. They leave things beautifully clean afterwards. On the particular job they did for me they found a particularly imaginative solution to a wire-routing problem that saved a lot of time and effort. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Ben and his colleague fixed our bathroom lights which had been out for some time. He was courteous, punctual and gave good advice. He checked out another issue and made a recommendation which was minimal work and low cost, when an unscrupulous electrician might have spotted an opportunity. I will use Ben again in the future.

Ben and his team at AVA did a good job installing fire alarms and lighting. They took extra care to preserve the original Victorian cornicing of the property and returned onsite to fine tune settings on request. All the administrative side and documentation was provided in a timely manner. Overall they were punctual agreeable. Would make use of their services again.

Ben arrived within 30 minute of my phone call.....and set about diagnosing the electrical problem. It was tricky....and took several tests of kitchen equipment....and he managed to find a short circuit. After dismantling the power socket strip....he fixed the problem by repairing existing items....made it safe, rebuilt it and left. Excellent service, good company and knowledgeable with safety in mind. Exactly what what was needed. Well done to AVA Electric and Ben.

Came out within 24 hours of being contacted, fixed the issue where there was no earth connected to our oven spur super quickly and even finished the installation of our new oven after the last one gave up the ghost. Highly recommended

Ben is very professional and helped me to install a bathroom heater and a bathroom ventilation fan on wall. He is very easy to be reach, arrive on time and with good attitude.
