We were referred to Jolt through Ohme as their trusted partner and they were without doubt the right choice for EV charger installation. Martin (co-owner) was so, so helpful. We got a quote through very quickly advising me of all the things I'd need in place ready to qualify for the OLEV discount. Jolt dealt with all of that too so I just paid less upfront and Jolt claimed the grant back themselves. Very handy! Scott (our engineer) arrived exactly as planned and was superb. Really friendly and accommodating and explained the whole process clearly. The job took longer than he'd expected but he stayed until he was completely satisfied that everything was up and running. He ran through the App with me and made sure that I was happy using it. He cleared up afterwards and left everything exactly as he'd found it. I can't recommend Scott highly enough! Finally the invoice came through promptly and was exactly as discussed. Jolt are an excellent company, honest, reliable, knowledgeable and overall great value. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of getting and EV charger installed.

Great EV charger install by Martin @ Jolt. Not the easiest install as our electric spur was in the middle of the house. But Martin cabled through and made a neat job covering up the cables and everything is working well.

He was very knowledgable, tidy and efficient with his work and managed to also hide most of the cables out of sight in the garage. Martin was recommended by another family member and I was a bit sceptical at first, but I did not him to be pushy, but instead he was very informative and what sold it for me was that he did not hold back letting me know what all my risks were instead of spinning a web for the sake of a sale. He booked me in for a week later, turned up as promised and completed a very clean job. I did express my OCD with clean cabling and he did not disappoint. I have not had any issues since my installation was completed. I struggle to recommend companies as they always disappoint one way or the other, but I have been forwarding his details where possible. To top it off, he dealt it all the grants on my behalf. Added bonus.

Great customer service, actually did a home survey first ( unlike a lot of companies who want you to measure cable lengths etc ) turned up on time and has done a very neat and tidy job, also helped with setting up the OHME app. Would definitely recommend them

Quote: Martin was exceptionally helpful, giving me a quote very quickly and advising me of all the things I'd need in place ready to qualify for the OLEV discount. Jolt will totally handle the OLEV side for you, by the way, you just pay less upfront and they worry about getting that money back from the government. Installation: Martin is very clearly an expert at what he does and went above and beyond to make sure that all work he did up to code, functioned correctly and was even extremely neat and tidy. He made sure the earthing was up to his very high-quality standard and also offered to intercede with my DMO to get my cut out fuse uprated to handle the EV charger installation better. Interaction: Martin was very pleasant to interact with, he was professional and humourous and was very honest and open about the whole process. When there was a minor delay in the schedule due to something that was not Martins fault in any way, he was extremely apologetic and made sure that I was happy with every stage of the work before it began and before he left the house. Overall: Jolt are obviously a fantastic company with skilled workers who I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who needs an EV charger fitted. They are knowledgable, honest and competitively priced, need I say more.

Jolt provided an excellent service end to end - a clear abs well guided discussion of the different EV chargers options, competitive price, quick lead time to installation (within days), clean job on the installation itself and a run through on how to make best use of the app. Would definitely recommend and use again.
