This company is fantastic! My ancient storage heater gave up the ghost during the coldest week of the year back in November and they answers my enquiry immediately and send me a breakdown of the quote. Once accepted they came by 2 days later. Paul was incredible. He did everything in his power to locate the problem, even though it was very difficult as the heater charges over night and is off during the day. I was not very helpful either as I had no idea where the heater got its power. He was like a proper MacGyver, actually hot wiring the thing to see if his fix would work. And it did! I can’t thank the team enough!
