Not all superheroes wear capes but they do wear red and Simon arrived in his red shirt and a big smile. His friendliness was immediately apparent and he was very efficient and professional in checking all the electrics for the required certificate. Whilst he was here, I asked him to help me with changing some tricky downlighters and he went above and beyond in going out to get the correct bulbs and replace them for me. Such a kindness that will not be forgotten. Everyone should be more like Simon. Such a nice guy and so super helpful!
