He even helped me to fix another item(pram) I couldn't fix, kindly checked the manual, and resolved it before leaving. Absolutely brilliant service—thank you so much! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My Bosch oven broke down. These guys came out the next day and fitted a new element and light. They also fitted the grill element that i had purchased but not yet fitted. Quick and reasonably priced

Great work by the team. They came out promptly did the job quickly and smoothly, and I’m extremely happy they got my dishwasher working. They replaced my heat pump and also unblocked a pipe that was causing a blockage while carrying out the work. Very professional and efficient service.

Initial experience was great! They came out quickly and patched up my appliances but sadly was left with a faulty sensor, have messaged a few times to ask about the replacement part being ordered and have heard nothing back.

My dishwasher hadn’t been draining properly for months - to the point where it no longer became useable. Ali came over and diagnosed the problem within 15 mins and fixed it. The pipe was still leaking and Ali came back round and replaced it with no real hassle. Easy to deal with, efficient, polite and reasonably priced - would definitely recommend.

Excellent service!!! I called desperate to have someone come to fix my washing machine and Ali was more than happy to explain the price and service and if it was not able to be fixed what our option would be. The team, arrive on time that very day, assessed the problem and showed us the issues. We were then able to make an informed choice to just get a new machine. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable and included taking away my very rusty old machine. Ali did not take the payment for the call out at that point and said once the job was complete and I'm happy i could pay him. He and his team arrived the next morning on time and installed the brand new machine, attached the integrated doors and were off on their next job within 30 mins. Really pleased with the service from Ali at UK Domestic Appliances Ltd. We had issues with our integrated fridge freezer and Ali and his team went above and beyond to rectify the issue. They carried out two separate flat visits, and dropped off / installed a new fridge freezer unit (working Friday evening, Saturday morning and the bank holiday Monday). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service.

Worst experience ever.. Went there on 14th march around 8:30 to dry my clothes… But they were closed though their google account says they are open till 9.00 Then called them I need to dry my clothes, someone from the other side asked me to wait… waited for 3-4 mins then some Pakistani guy came in and opened the shop for me…. Then he took my clothes and put them inside dryer and just before closing the dryer he asked for £20.. there were around 5kgs of clothes… I was in shock… I asked why!! What’s your normal price? He refused to tell me the price and says because he is doing an emergency for me.. I told him you guys google says you are open till 9.00 how is it an emergency then. Then went to Leytonstone and dried my clothes by £2 Scammer!!!!

These guys are very unprofessional I first called him about installing my washing machine and remove the old one okay £60. But then when I decided to text him my address he said no 65 even after this I said okay. He said I’ll see you between 12-4. 4pm came and went and no one I called him no answer I texted then he wants to call back once he heard back from his colleague but nothing I called 2 more times and no pick up. I wasted half of day of work because of these guys negligence

I must say I don’t live anywhere near Stratford , but I found this company UK domestic Appliances ! Ali the owner looked after me for a washer dryer which he recommended which is the best one to buy. which I bought off him and found he gave me the best price and installed it, including taking the old one and rubbish away at the best price . Definitely recommend this company

They came out fairly quickly to check our dishwasher and, although a fix wasn't possible, gave us a good price on a new one.

Very fast, efficient, and quote was given after visit and before payment. Perhaps a little overpriced, but not by much.

7 days until Christmas and my 6 year old Bosch oven failed me. Fan was spinning and grill working, but no heat from the oven. Sunday morning, most repair outfits were shut. However this company wasn't. They diagnosed the fault over the phone and got back to me with a price for the repair and part that morning. By the same afternoon a polite gentleman turned up and got my oven working in no time. He also kindly changed the oven bulb for me at no cost and gave me some good advice for future care of the oven. Highly recommenced.
