Billy is definitely someone you should have install your EV charger. We went through many companies, and unfortunately there were quite a few dodgy ones. We found Billy at the last minute, and he handled the whole process smoothly and in a very well-organised way. There was a bit of drama during the process due to some confusion on our side, and I apologise for that. Overall, the charger was ordered and installed within 14 days. The work was neat and tidy, and Billy talked us through every step of the process, especially the paperwork, which made everything much easier.

After Ohme messed me around I reached out directly to JBS, and Billy kindly made time to stop by that same afternoon on his way home. He ordered an Andersen charger for me and returned to install it for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately there was a fault with the charger, but Billy has diligently followed up with Andersen on my behalf to help arrange the repair. Billy is very professional and clearly takes pride in his work, and I would have no hesitation recommending JBS to anyone.

I have had my EV Charger installed by Billy from JBS Electrics. Prior to this, did some research and contacted few companies and most were reluctant to install the cable under the floor boards - Spoke to my neighbour who suggested JBS and I contacted Billy who not only assured to use the best possible option for the cable as well as suggested best EV Charger available. On the day of installation, Billy arrived on time and did an amazing job in a most professional way and managed to insert the cable under the floor boards. Just had my Andersen EV Charger installed by Billy and 5* all round. JBS came to install within 1 week of me asking for a quote and him ordering the desired unit for me. The install took half a day and Billy made sure everything was fully working and correct before finishing. Happy customer and highly recommended.

Billy is a fantastic, honest EV electrician. I wanted an EV installed and found him to be an approved installer for pretty much all the big brands which is why I first contacted him. I told him what I wanted, though changed my mind to a cheaper one, no pressured upsell or anything. His process was easy and all details prior to the job are filled out, any questions he is prompt to answer and help where possible. He went above and beyond on my wiring, no questions asked, nor complaints and was happy to work within tight spaces which I know many others might not have accepted the job. Placed the EV exactly where I wanted it and did so cleanly and tidily. Did the handover and showed me exactly how it all works without missing anything. Billy is very knowledgeable and completed the installation work efficiently and effectively. Work area was kept very clean and tidy. Billy is brilliant - super helpful through the selection of the charger process, giving excellent advice on the differences between them, how they work with tariffs etc. Chasing down suppliers for us and then installed the charger without any fuss or mess, coming to fit it at very short notice (the same day as the charger arrived!) Highly recommended, sensible advice in a somewhat confusing space. Give Billy a go!

Phenomenal service from Billy at JB Electrics LTD who installed a new electric vehicle charger and a separate fuse board. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was very prepared from the outset, offering a Facetime consultation to assess the installation site and providing a detailed web form to gather all necessary information. Despite a tight schedule, he was prompt in communication and managed the ordering and delivery of materials seamlessly on our behalf. Billy was absolutely perfect from start to finish, Very helpful and explained everything before, during and and after installation. Bit of a hold up due to meter, and connection block had to be changed, Billy was very patient and helped set up/complete the forms and apps. A friendly, reliable and interesting guy, happy to use or meet again anytime.

I was recommended to use the services of JBS after having such a terrible experience with Pod Point who actually had terrible customer service, (in my opion), I was given the details of Billy by a friend who had used him twice, he was quick to answer my call and sent over photos of the various different home charging units very quickly. We agreed on the unit within 24 hours, and he was booked into come to me within a week, I paid him online and he turned up promtly at my home at 08.30 to start the work, He even managed to hide the core wire below ground so only 1 wire coming upto the unit. After about 4 hours, it was all installed, tested and area cleaned. What a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend him to anyone having a home EV charging point.. Thanks Billy.

Billy installed our EO Mini Pro EV charger some 20m from the back of our house very professionally. Timing and communication throughout were excellent and the job was carried out very efficiently and neatly. We received all the relevant NICEIC documentation by email later the same day. Many thanks!
