Yesterday, we had an electrician from Sedgwick come out to our home. He kindly gave us a courtesy call beforehand to check whether it was okay to arrive earlier than scheduled, which my husband and I were more than happy to accommodate. He was professional, polite, and very informative throughout the visit. We had booked the appointment to have our hallway light and the plug socket behind our large fridge freezer repaired. Unfortunately, my husband and I had struggled to move the fridge freezer before the electrician arrived, so we initially decided not to have the socket repaired. However, the electrician very kindly offered to help my husband move the fridge freezer so that he could fix the socket. He also advised us about a few other things he would recommend changing for safety reasons, which we really appreciated. All in all, we were very happy customers. Everything is now working perfectly, and we are grateful for the excellent service we received. Thank you for doing such a great job!
Great friendly service! Joe was a pleasure to have in the flat and explained any disruptions to internet etc in advance so this didn’t affect me working from home

Outstanding service from Higher Power Electrical Ltd. Joe is an exceptional professional who took the time to answer all of my questions and emails before the job even started. He has great knowledge and made excellent suggestions regarding the consumer unit. He successfully rectified a badly installed double socket left by a previous electrician that didn’t meet current standards, completely re-installing it to be fully compliant. He also fitted a brand-new consumer unit perfectly and completed a couple of other minor maintenance jobs, including replacing a faceplate on a double socket with a broken on/off switch in the kitchen and a broken bulb holder for the light fitting in my hallway cupboard. He is neat, tidy, and highly meticulous with his safety checks. Finding an honest, qualified electrician you can trust can be difficult, but Joe is exactly that. Thank you, Joe!
Joe figured out the cause of the issue with my oven/wiring and permanently fixed it (which two previous electricians couldn’t do). He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it, and didn’t leave until we were both confident everything was working. Great service

Joe from Higher powers fitted a hanging pendant light above my kitchen island & changed over electric sockets/switches for new chrome ones. Joe was very professional & friendly. He worked quickly & tidied up any mess that was made. Will definitely be using him again for any future works that I need & would thoroughly recommend him.

Joe first came to ours as he was brought in by our plumber to do the electrics for our new boiler. We were really impressed with him so have used him for other work. He’s got a great work ethic, is transparent, friendly and hard working. Definitely recommend him

Joe from Highpowers was both professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I felt relaxed having Joe in my home for the first time to carry out various jobs that included fitting LED lights and a dehumidifier in my bathroom, and rewiring the flex of the boiler to a spur inside of the wall. Brilliant service. Went out of his way to come at a time convenient to us, diagnosed issues quickly, and rectified them professionally. Joe also went above and beyond, even making improvements to the wooden housing for our breaker so it opened and closed more smoothly in future to make our lives easier, at no extra cost. The company High powers run by Joe cousins did the installation of 2 fans in my rooms. I found him through the website Next door. There were 2 people who came back as I wanted somebody who had installed ceiling fans not kitchen or bathroom fans. The 1st Co was sponsored by their mum I realised, so I did not go for them. When I got Joe on what's app I discussed what I wanted and how it should be done. He answered all my questions promptly and when I decided to go ahead he came to have an inspection if the job was feasible to my rooms as I had alot of cupboards alround. The fact that I chose him finally is he was going to do the installation from the attic ( this has a foam 10in high) This I appreciated as it would have a firm support if there was no beams, he was going to screw a firm template to hold the fan. He came in the day punctually with a helper and did the job Took his time and checked everything was in order before he left the place clean. Unfortunately as he had to change the existing power light point, it left a hole in the ceiling. This he covered and smoothen it for me to paint over His price was reasonable and was easy to communicate with. Will def use him again and would recommend
