We wish to recommend our friends at Netfixx. We have worked with Robert and Nimrod for over 10 years. They maintain our sites in Pimlico and Wandsworth. Their ability to identify and solve problems in person or by telephone is a sure support to our business. I particularly appreciate their willingness let me be present whilst they work and also to talk me through the relevant theory and alternative solutions for legacy wiring plans to meet my budget. I appreciate their willingness to meet my frequent requirement for out of hours work. They also provide a fixed price quote where demanded. IMHO a safe pair of hands. As a church in Kensington, we needed an emergency call-out electrician, and Netfixx Ltd was recommended to us. Their team responded quickly and provided excellent electrical maintenance in our area which is in W8. We were particularly impressed with their expertise as a commercial electrical contractor in Central London. They ensured everything was running smoothly and were highly professional in their approach. We would definitely recommend Netfixx Ltd to other churches or businesses looking for reliable electrical services.

We have used Netfixx now for several years, both in our current home and our previous home, based here in the Wimbledon area. We have used them for both planned works and electrical maintenance i.e. extensions and re-decs with planned rewiring and also we have had to call them out for emergencies, as an emergency call out electrician i.e. when our neighbour damaged inadvertently our garden wiring. In all cases they gave us various options in terms of the works to be carried out, they carried out the works diligently, being considerate in how they worked around us, especially as I work from home i.e. mitigating noise and electrical down -time, and also more importantly they clear up after themselves - always a bonus in my books. I can always recommend as a domestic and commercial electrician in Wimbledon area.

I have worked alongside Robert & Nimrod at Netfixx for many years. They have kept restaurants & bars running for me for around 13 years now. From changing heat lamp bulbs, to changing entire fuse box breaker units to fitting 3 phase appliances in a full kitchen refurbishment. They arrive promptly, within an hour in emergencies to carry out whatever work needs to be done. They have never turned down a job by saying it’s not possible to me and have always explained to me the options of repair with cost and timeframe. Always tidying up after themselves repairs are lasting and done to a high standard. They also have an on call plumber/gas engineer that has worked alongside Netfixx to help with kitchen installs or repairs when needed. I discovered Netixx a few years ago when I woke up one Saturday morning and discovered that I had no electricity in my home at all. I tried at least 5 so called emergency electricians and none of them answered the phone but the 6th one did and that was NETFIXX who was with me within the hour. Not only did they fix the problem they advised me about another issue as well. They charged me exactly what they said they would when I originally phoned them. They are my go-to contact for all things electrical. They are FANTASTIC!

I would highly recommend this company for electrical services. I found them on the NICEIC certification website and was impressed with the diligence and can-do attitude of their qualified electrician, Robert. Professional, polite and reliable service.

Netfixx went above and beyond when they recently helped us to renew our EICR certificate with very short notice. As landlords we were told only a few days before tenants were due to move in that the EICR certificate needed updating. Netfixx moved appointments to fit us in and worked til late in the evening to fix an electrical problem that was found, so we could pass the test. As overseas landlords we could not be onsite and they not only kept us informed throughout but were incredibly flexible (getting keys and letting in other workers in the house for plumbing, decoration works whilst they were there etc.) which was super helpful to our situation. We have also used Netfixx for other work 3-4 times before and each time they have shown the same flexibility and professionalism besides the high quality of work. I strongly recommend them.

Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable and efficient electrical services. The electrician that came to repair our kitchen switches tripping (emergency call out on a Sunday) couldn’t exactly trace the source of the issue (understandable) but spent a lot of time on it and stayed to repair another socket that wasn’t working properly. He stayed well over the hour to try and help out. He wore a face covering at all times and I’d happily use them again.

Great service - we had an overheating light socket with strong burning smell. Came out on Saturday night within 40 mins, identified issue and replaced part. Polite, helpful, and worked quickly.

I had lost all power in my Kitchen. Netfixx turned up within an hour of my call and immediately made my kitchen safe as I had been left with live, exposed wires by a previous cowboy. Netfixx then carried out an extensive 4 hour electrical survey, explained what needed to be done, how long it would take (baring unforeseen incidents) and gave me an estimate of the costs. The work was done when they said it would be, as they said it would be - by a very tidy and cheerful Electrician, it took as long as they said it would and they came back a few days later to check everything was OK. The bill was presented within an acceptable time period and was within the range of the estimate. I would be happy to recommend Netfixx as I am pleased with both their work and their personnel (- who love Bacon Butties) Thank You Netfixx.

So impressed with this company! I phoned Netfixx Ltd this Sunday after searching for an electrician through google when I removed a dual fuel cooker and realised that I didn't have the right electrics to fit the new one! They agreed to come round and quote for the work on Monday morning. They turned up on time and told me that actually the work wasn't going to be as difficult as I first thought and asked if I wanted the work done there and then! They accurately quoted the time/cost (which was reasonable) and then delivered on their quote. They were in and out within an hour and delivered a high quality and tidy job.
