I Recently I had new skylights installed by Aaron, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Aaron was professional, polite, punctual, and took great care with his work. The skylights look fantastic! A few weeks later, Dan painted my kitchen, and once again the service was outstanding. Dan was friendly, professional, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail. The finish is excellent, and my kitchen looks fresh and transformed. They were respectful, tidy, reliable, and clearly take pride in their work. I couldn’t rate them highly enough and would happily recommend them to anyone. Thank you both for your outstanding customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Not to be trusted. They had previously said that they needed to fit a completely new plastic pipe for upstairs neighbours bath which wouldn't affect existing pipework. They came round today and went straight out on our kitchen, we only became aware of this when we heard loud hammering on our ceiling - they were not fitting a new pipe but were going to cut into the original cast iron soil pipe for a junction for the neighbours toilet waste. I refused them permission and they started shouting and then my wife asked them to stop while we called the freeholder and they agreed. As soon as I had gone inside they cut into it anyway, I now have a soilstack above my property with a plastic insert held on by jubilee clips at risk of leaking smells and worse from a neighbour they knew I was taking to court over years of harassment including setting up her her baths to empty directly on to our property. KNK insist it's fine but it is not what was agreed and can not be put right. Reading this I see they've dome something similar before. They are absolutely not to be trusted. Do not let them on to your property for easy access to a neighbour under any circumstances because they may have lied about the works they wanted to carry out
THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS ORGANISATION DOWN. They are unable to carry out works, even when someone attends, they don't have the equipment or skill to carry out the works. Someone, needs to report this so called "company" and get them SHUT DOWN. Four missed appointments in a row. With no call or apology, no one knows what's going on in thier offices either. Shambles. Older women, also just started (around 5th February 2026).Nasty piece of work on the phone. Talks like she wants a fight. Meant to be customer service.
Rude staff, and lack of communication with tenants.
As like most of the reviews, KNK were meant to attend my property today, between 8-1. No one bothered to show and no phonecall to explain why. Tried to call multiple times but no answer. What’s the point in having a phone number if no one picks up!
No one turned up on the day, I waited and waited and I wouldn't have been informed that no one was coming if I hadn't called!! Shame on KNK! They didn't even give me a reason why!
Very pleased with the work carried out by Gary and Aaron. Both very polite, respectful and professional. Work was carried out to a high standard.
What a useless service they arrange an appointment and do not even adhere or honour and waste someone’s day they arranged the appointment for another day and no one turned up and no works carried out
I had a plumber visit me today 10 October at Russell Court. He was polite and professional, infact proper old school. He did a good job and went beyond to help me with my leaks. A credit to this company. I did not get his name but thank you for your work.
This company is extremely unreliable and unreachable if there is a problem. They don't pick up the phone or respond to emails. They are the roofing contractor for the local council which compounds the problem. Missed appointments, missing site reports, no information. Its quite unbelievable how they operate. Please stay well clear of them.
Spoke to Marina, an incompetent foolish advisor, arranged works to be carried out on property after specifically told not to attend the property without consent. When you deal with people like that you loose brain cells. Pray for her.
I have just had my bedroom and living room painted by KNK Group through my housing Association as I’ve had a lot of damp problems. Jack Is an excellent painter who was very considerate to my home. He is very friendly and so helpful!Would highly recommend him! Arrives on time! And does a great job. Keep up the good work.😄
I’m surprised with past reviews as my experience with them has been great. They have plastered and painted my bathroom and I can’t fault them. Ok they chat which some may see as unprofessional, but so long as the work gets done I don’t care! Minimal mess. They covered the carpets. Turned up on time when they were due. And an outstanding plaster and paint job. They still have another couple of jobs to do for me so hoping they’re just as good. Maybe I was just lucky?!
Waited in all morning as I was told someone will be here today then get a call at 12.30 from a youg guy in the office telling me it will be tomorrow, explained that's not great as I've already had 1 day off work for this an he said give me 5 minutes I'll call you back, he never called back, I called them twice to see what was going on an there was no answer. Part 2. Nice young fella did turn up an done a great job the next morning, if it wasn't for the office side of things it would have been 5 stars, I'd give 5 stars to the engineer an 2 stars to the office.
They should be called BODGE IT AND SCARPER. Over six months I've been waiting for them to finish a job. When you contact them they lie. They don't return calls, and pass the buck to someone else who behaves the same.
Pointing work not done since November the 7th excuse was no entry to flat ,upstairs balcony not repaired which I have water running down the walls nothing done and all marked as urgent this is very good for a asthmatic breathing in damp from bedroom and lounge it's now the 14th of January .
Utterly disgusted with KNK. We have a chimney breast that was deemed unsafe. Scaffolding went up, KNK came to take it down, said the scaffolding wasn't fit for purpose so left, and then never came back, never told us what was happening, never responded to our messages. Here we are, 4.5 months later, scaffolding still just sat there, with no idea what's going on.
3 appointments made- confirmed either by phone call or text the day before- and no one turns up, or even attempts to contact you to say they are not coming! And on top of that They don’t answer the phone provided on their website or text, EVER! 3 days off of unpaid work for no one to show and no explanation. Utterly poor!! ***Avoid!***

If there was an option for 0 stars that's all they would get (barely). They book in appointments and don't show up, and when they do show if you're lucky enough, they turn up unexpectedly on another date that wasn't booked in and expect you to be at home to let them in without contacting you first. The work that this company has done is below standard and they are VERY unprofessional. Their worker's are very patronising and rude. KNK prolonged their work over the space of 5 months and had to keep coming back to rectify their work, if you can call it that. They leave all of their belongings/items in your home and even when told to collect them, they don’t. I wouldn’t even recommend them to someone who desperately needed repairs done.
It is absolutely disgusting company. They put scaffolding up that shaking and doesn't even look stable. On top of that there was a priority job that was meant to be done three weeks ago and nobody came to do. When we try to contact them it goes straight to O2 voice mail. If there was ZERO star I would give them. Extremely unprofessional!
This company it scam. They shoulf fix the roof and come to my home many time send many messages to come and fix it. But it never happen. All they do it want to see where it the leak inside my home as they see many time. Your company main to fix the roof and need get up to the roof and fix not come and see inside and doing nothing. Wow !... I thought I was the ONLY one who received bad customer service until I read the reviews. 😆🤣 I would definitely give them 0 stars if I could. It's very bad for KNK's reputation to send people text messages on their mobile phones telling them to be in at a certain time only to not turn up. This is very unprofessional and very disrespectful to clients. It's clearly not a good look when they have people waiting from 12pm to 5pm, especially when they send text messages days before hand and then they don't show up. Now I realise their customer service over the phone was disingenuous.
We had knk out today to fix our path as it was a trip hazard it is now still a trip hazard and looks awful the wrong material was used not even concrete what ever they have used is crumbling away and cracked already not only is it the wrong material but they have put it over the foot of my gazebo and over grass which will obviously push through causing more cracks it’s completely uneven and looks terrible and to top it all off the concrete that they smashed away they didn’t even clear up and take it away even after asking if we wanted it taken away
Useless. Poor joinery finishing. Kitchen unit left proud, worktop poorly jointed, drawings not followed or understood!. The worst tiling I have ever seen. Very very poor decorating finish. Nothing rubbed down. Not prepared properly. Paintwork flashing. Dishonest company. If Peter is sent to work in your house, don t open your door. Complete cowboys!!!! Do not use! Just had my vinyl flooring seam installed to complete their works. No surprise Franklin has destroyed the seam and his work is a complete abortion.
Would give 0 stars if I could! Our neighbours were using this company to sort out an issue related to dampness and their chimney. Through the process of this the builders decided to trespass onto our property and cover OUR chimney. We were completely unaware of this and then when we went to light a fire, as we were cold, smoke filled the whole room. This not only put us at danger but filled our house with smoke for hours. We then had to pay £55 of our own money for a chimney sweep to come round to assess the damage that your company. Then we spent hours on the phone trying to find someone to come and remove whatever had been put in to block our chimney but were told that nothing could happen for days. When going onto our roof we also discovered there was cement all over it. We did not pay for this company to come and do anything to our chimney yet they were unable to even help for an issue that they caused, and on top of that had to spend our own money to uncover the issue. If we were told that the issue could have been solved and someone would come round it would be a completely different review, however this company seems incapable of actually taking responsibility for their actions and helping people who were negatively affected. We eventually recieved help however we were being lied to on the phone by the staff that we would be called back, which went on for 4 hours.
Excellent company A*. I had a few jobs done now and have always been happy with the results. Would definitely recommend them. The customer service team are friendly and helpful and the workers are always polite, efficient and tidy. Appointment slots are kept to, work is completed on time and to a good standard and mess is kept to a minimum.
Knk are totally rubbish. The workers don't complete their work. Even when they do its not to a satisfactory standard! Missed appointments. Poor communication between landlords and tenants. Avoid if you can.
