Ben Saxby of Be Safe London Electrical is a pleasure to deal with. A thorough professional, he definitely knows his area of expertise. I wanted an EV charger to be installed at home. In his first visit he explained in layman's terms how he would execute the project and did exactly that - on time. In fact, he improvised on the spot to make the installation look quite elegant. Highly recommended
Ben came to replace some light fittings for me and was super speedy and professional. I sent him a picture of what was needed before he came and he came with all of the materials he needed which saved time. He also gave me some tips on other electrical items in my flat. My car charger stopped working and I received a replacement core unit from the manufacturer to be fitted. This wasn’t an easy as it sounds but Ben Saxby was able to do this very professionally, identify other issues with my existing installation and fix them too - which was wonderful to be honest. I definitely recommend Ben for electrical work in future.
We used Ben for a whole house rewire. I can't recommend him enough, he took the time to explain things to us. Made great suggestions in terms of lighting or plug placement. But also went out of his way at time to make sure we were comfortable/ could move in comfortably. If you are looking for an electrician I cannot suggest Ben enough
We had Ben install new heating panels in the ceiling, new sockets and cables to built-in electrical appliances, rewire the socket circuits, put in a new fusebox, and more! He is always really professional, making sure everything is done perfectly, safely, and tidily. He spotted when previous owners had created dangerous wiring shortcuts and fixed it all for us. Even when it was really complicated, he didn’t give up! We now feel much safer in our home and understand what leads where. We will very much keep using him every time we need electrical work done in the future!
