Called out on a non emergency fault find. Charged £330 for 2.5 hrs work which worked out to be £132 per hour including vat. Refused to provide a report until I threaten not to pay. Then provided a two lines report that concluded there was a fault on the ring circuit. No help what so ever. Also, never screwed back all the sockets tested back to the wall securely. Avoid.
The work was carried out efficiently and professionally and the 3 men who came to our house were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them strongly and enthusiastically. This is an excellent firm which exceeds all expectations.

The works carried out by WesLTD was second to none especially as I was probably a difficult customer due to the amount of work I needed doing , they completed CCU change full rewire , reactive maintenance and emergency lighting with quality and efficiency. I Will continue to use these guys and I fully recommend
We had electrical work which was fine. They also said they would fit a curtain pole and blind but this was done badly, put up wrongly multiple times and now have lots of holes in the wall that need filling, a broken blind fitting and curtain pole that isn’t straight. Had to call someone else after they left.
I recently required to his service to run new led bulbs to have a more modern look in my living room. His rate was affordable and he truned up on time and completed the job as planned. Would definitely recommend!!
