I originally found Jasper through Google reviews and he’s totally lived up to his 5-stars! We’ve called him out numerous times for different jobs and he’s always been super efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Reliable and expert local electrician, I highly recommend. I was in need of an electrician in the SE London/Brockley area, to help with an array of issues throughout a propery we had just moved into. After being let down by another electrician, I found that Cardwell Electrical provided excellent and prompt communication, explained issues and provided options for resolving them, and always turned up at the agreed date/time. Some quite substantial works in my home were undertaken, and were completed cleanly, efficiently and professionally. Prices were transparent, fair and explained in advance of work. We've been able to proceed with renovation work knowing that our electrics are in better condition and our home safer. (main works Cardwell Electrical completed for us: EICR, kitchen rewire and moving/installation of sockets, new consumer unit, installation of new bathroom extractor)

I found Jasper via Google search while looking for an electrician in my area. He has great reviews and now I know why! I initially called him out to replace a faulty socket, which he did promptly and at a reasonable price. However, what I particularly liked was his responsiveness when we had a tripped breaker this morning. He had a full day of jobs, but responded immediately came out after end of the his day to find the issue and help us restore power. Thank you Jasper!
We can 100% recommend Jasper Cardwell. He has undertaken several projects in our house, including resolving the issue of our lights continually fusing (no-one else could get to the bottom of it), fitting a new cooker wire via a seemingly impossible route from the fuse box, and carrying out a full service of the complete wiring system with recommendations on how to upgrade it to be fully compliant with ever-changing regulations. He’s highly knowledgeable, very reliable, nice and friendly - and super clean and tidy!
Having lived around the area for over 10 years, I’ve tried a lot of electricians… Jasper is the first one I would hire again! Honest person, friendly and respectful to me and my wife, trustworthy to be left alone, got the job done well too and cleared up any mess afterwards. We had a lot of work to do 3-4 days worth with fuse box upgrades, new ceiling lights, new power sockets, changed light switches to dimmers, moving lights and even fixing the washer dryer and sorting out isolators. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone wanting quick fixes or bigger rewiring jobs.

Jasper was friendly, responsive, and very helpful, he dealt with the issue within no time at all. Fortunately for me, he was able to see me on the day of calling him after he'd finished up from his previous job, and he managed to fix my issue with in 90 mins. Jasper did a brilliant job of repairing dangerous electrical work previously installed. He found numerous faults and issues with earthing and wiring and worked his way systematically through the rather complicated issues as they came up. On completion of the works I was supplied with a NAPIT Building Regulations Compliance Certificate which is always reassuring. I would definitely recommend Jasper.
Heard good recommendations, but that wasn't my experience. Jasper fixed the electrical side of my oven, but couldn't explain how, and he didn't put everything back together. Some screws fell the moment I turned the oven on, so I had to do more work after I paid for the service quite a lot. I was disappointed about it tbh.

Jasper was professional, polite on time and very thorough. Full certification provided. Replaced old board where we had consistent electricity issues and shocks throughout 3 floors of house. Did thorough checks pre replacement of electricity board. Would highly recommend.
Jasper did a great job of rescuing electrical work done by a dodgy builder- I had him arrange an EICR for a rental flat after had concerns about the builder, glad I did he found numerous faults which he then worked through systematically and remedied. I live abroad and myself and the tenant both found Jasper very professional and capable, and easy to deal with in my case from afar as well as helping with a few non electrical niggles which was really appreciated. Would highly recommend Carwell Electrical!
Jasper did the wiring of our extension and did a great job. Was always prompt with his replies and was very accommodating with our last minute changes! Competitive price too! Definitely use again in the future
Jasper conducted a fault find on the sockets on my first floor. Despite it being quite a complicated issue in the end, Jasper worked diligently to fix the problem and was very reasonable in price. He's really tidy, friendly and knowledgable and I can't recommend highly enough.
