Giuseppe came to us as part of a larger job to install an electric shower. He had to replace our ancient switchboard and run new cable between floors to our bathroom. Despite our limited space and challenging surroundings, Giuseppe was professional, courteous and a perfectionist, a credit to RNH. We would gladly have him and RNH back for any of our next works.

After a truely awful experience with Pimlico Plumbers (please nobody use them ever), My partner found RNH Electrical. From the first call our customer experience was exceptional and professional. Costs were massively lower than afore mentioned Pimlico and quality was better. We need a new motor for our flats ventilation system as well as a new bathroom mirror/cabinet change and smoke alarm replacements. All was fitted within 3 hours, and a month on all is working still to a high standard. I can’t recommend this firm enough. 10/10

Apologies for the delay in posting this review, a bout of ill health slowed me down, but I wasn’t going to miss the chance to rave about this company. We hired RNH Electrical in September 2025 to install five new double USB sockets in a small bedroom we were turning into an office, plus recess two existing sockets that were sticking out like little metal sore thumbs. They ran into some unexpected wall issues (our wall apparently had opinions), but they still did an absolutely fantastic job. It took longer than expected, but they stuck to the original quote. They were friendly, honestly, super friendly, and explained everything as they went along. When the wall drama meant they had to come back the next day, they did so cheerfully. Niko deserves a medal. Funny, friendly, and someone you instantly trust ith your newborn and jewels. Arturs was great on the communication front (I never actually met him, but he sends a great text). Their pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work. Afterwards, we had a painter/decorator and then a carpet fitter in, and only then did we realise a couple of sockets weren’t sitting quite flush anymore. Even though it wasn’t their fault, Niko came back and fixed it, added silicone, made everything perfect and (ssshhhh) didn’t charge us a penny. Considering how much we’d just paid the decorator for the plastering, this was a small miracle and very much appreciated. They did everything with a smile, no grumbling, no sighing, no “this wasn’t my job”. Just proper, old‑school good service. And the contrast with the contractor my landlord recently used in the kitchen… let’s just say RNH Electrical are in a completely different league. I’d use them again in a heartbeat (and probably will to repair the work my landlord had done) and I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend RNH Electrical who fitted a double socket on a wall that had no power, at a good price. I needed the job done quickly before the decorators came the following week and Arthur fitted me in the same day. Guiseppe did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, neat and tidy.

We were very pleased with our initial call out service from RNH, so brought them back to change our old fusebox and install a ceiling light. Once again, very impressed and reasonably priced. Excellent service from Niko yesterday who is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Our Nest app that controls the heating system was down and boiler not working. Very happy with the quality of service and work done by Artur and his apprentice Douglas, and very affordable compared to most other quotes I got for the same job. They came round to see me the same day I asked about the job, and were very communicative and flexible during planning, answering all my questions in helping me buy the right extractor fan for my needs (which they were willing to buy for me, but they advised I could save some money purchasing it myself). There was also great after service, reaching out to me a few weeks after the job to make sure I was happy with how everything was functioning.

It’s very hard to find a genuine electrician company that’s good at what they do and are honest. We’ve used RNH for an EICR and then a new consumer unit installation amongst other fixes to our electrics. I recently booked RnH Electrical to do remedial work recommended in a prior EICR (from a different company) for my flat in Central London, WC1. The remedial work consisted of installation of a new metal-clad RCBO consumer unit with SPD. When I phoned to make the booking, I had a few questions and these were all answered honestly and professionally and I was given a competitive quote via email within a short period of time. The quote was to do remedial works as specified in the EICR and to do a new EICR as the other company I used had not tested all circuits. I spoke with Niko who was also the electrician that came round to do the installation and EICR. He was very kind, professional and knowledgeable - and completing the job to a very high standard. The circuit in my flat was originally a bit complex due to several prior rounds of bolting on new circuits/new renovations over the decades, and Niko took the time to 'clean up' the wiring to make the resultant board wiring a lot more intuitive - and a lot safer. Niko came to change some lights for us. He did a very professional job. I asked for a quote beforehand which he gave and I accepted. He came very quickly as he had a cancellation which I was very grateful for. When our our supply tripped at the meter, cutting all heat and light in the middle of January we realised we had a bit of a problem. We managed to restore basic supply by a process of elimination and then checked the reviews on here and called RNH. Niko came round two days later and did a thorough diagnostic. The problem was caused initially by some garden lights, not helped by the existing consumer unit not being up to standard. We accepted the quote for the work and after two days on site the new unit and garden lights had been installed and thoroughly tested. Their work was carried out professionally, fully explained and neat and tidy. Finally, to put the cherry on the top, the final bill was lower than the quote because they managed to locate the original problem faster than anticipated. Unheard of. Absolutely first class.

Niko completed a full re-wire of our 4 bed town house. We had 5 quotes, and were really impressed with the detail and knowledge from Niko. He was great at explaining options and keeping in touch before the work. We moved out and it took 9 days in total. Niko kept us up to date, and where I’d bought the wrong spot lights for the bathroom he was able to advise and we got the right ones. A new circuit board was fitted, and all rooms were rewired with better placing of the sockets and additional sockets. He couldn’t do the whole kitchen without taking it out which we didn’t want, so has placed some very neat trunking with the new wires on top on existing tiles which works well in the short term. Arthur and his team fitted a new consumer unit and upgraded lighting circuits and switches at my elderly parents house. The work included rewiring of downstairs lighting circuit in pvc trunking, white pendants supplied and switches (3 quinetic switches, outdoor light and 5 indoor lights) trunking with fire clips. The work was carried out to a very high standard and avoided the major upheaval of a full rewiring. The area was left clean afterwards. Arthur and his team were friendly, courteous and considerate. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Niko and Arthur were brilliant very professional. Niko called me the day before to arrange time that suited me as it happend to be over the weekend. After hearing I'd gone without electricity he booked me straight in. Big job of rewiring the whole house. RNH was found via "Local Hero". They responded to our request very quickly, came the same day to assess what was required and returned as soon as replacement fans (one had burned out, one was old and noisy) were available. The work was done quickly, efficiently and cleanly by Arthur who was very polite and friendly and provided sound advice. I would not hesitate to use RNH again if need arose.
