I used Redring for a damp investigation and Ashley attended and carried out the investigation. The report followed a few days later with the cost for the remedials which I have gone ahead and looking forward to getting to the bottom of the damp issue in my house.

Used Redring property recently and spoke with Lucy to book in a call out for one of my rental properties in London following a leak and no electricity. The tenant said the engineer was great and it good to see a company with fair prices and responsive. Will be using them again!

Response: 25 years and there was no issue: redring come to put in a post for a fence using concrete, then a week later there is concrete seeping in the communal pipeworks and blocking the drainage line less then 30cm aways from the works, 'no could have never been us'. I live abroad and see how important it is to use trusted and reputable service providers. Original: Absolute disaster of a vendor. Are an approved vendor for kfh, but post their workmanship, several issues are now arising. Putting in fencing posts and concrete that then went into a manhole and took no responsibility, to new locks on doors having issues and several other issues. Disgrace and disaster and they still managed to get my original feedback flushed out of Google reviews. I warn all property owners to take a moment and ask for references if considering this bunch of numpties

Approached RedRing for a potential renovation of my kitchen and bathroom, and while I didn’t end up going ahead with it, I found the process of the site visit, quote etc. very well managed. Fahren was the person I was in contact with, and he was incredibly responsive every step of the way, replied to my messages promptly and answered all questions I had with no hesitations I also asked for a recommendation for a leaking toilet fix that had been botched by multiple plumbers in the past. He recommended Luca from RedRing who came within the next couple of days, was also extremely professional and fixed my toilet well and identified the issues caused by other plumbers Thank you RedRing!

We had a new bathroom put in by Redring and are over the moon with it. The builders were all lovely and very professional and completed the work to a great standard. We are looking to get some more work done with them in the future!

We are very pleased with our new bathroom. The team completely stripped out and redid the entire room. Though it took a bit more time than expected the end result is brilliant. Fahron helped get the team organised and overcome some challenges and hiccups, and Josh the plumber was particularly brilliant throughout the project.

I employed Red Ring to run a new gas pipe through the apartment that I manage in central London. It was a tricky job as the boiler was the other side of the building from the gas meter. There were two guys on the job as plumber and carpenter. Both were knowledgeable and capable. The job was done on time and without the need to destroy floorboards and walls (which was a possibility). Seamless and hassle free. Highly recommended.

OK My review of RedRing Property Services. I needed disconnect my gas cooker and also have it to removed. The email correspondence with the company with regards to the pricing, the time schedules and exactly what was to be done was very clear. They also submit details of whether there would be problems with regard to covering the floor, protecting objects and preparation for the job. All very detailed and concise. My appointment was between 9.00-1.00 am. At 9.03am the gas engineer arrived. His manner was calm, very polite and his appearance gave me confidence. He asked a few question about the home gas use and then after turning off the gas disconnected the cooker. He removed the cooker and took it away to load into his van. All this took less than 30 minutes. After loading the cooker into his van, he came back and for 10 minutes checked the appliances for gas leaks . We spoke for a few minutes and he wished me a good day. I know this is a long review but I wanted to show how important the details are too me. Time punctuality 12/10 Professionalism 12/10 RedRing Property Services 12/10 Absolutely brilliant.

unprofessional company, had booked work at a clients address and agreed date and price and on the morning work was meant to start no one appeared, no call, no text, no email nothing!! after many hours of calling managed to get hold of someone who then came back to me hours later with a poor excuse that materials hadn't arrived for job to start (even though this was booked 10 days earlier) do yourselves a favour and find a more reliable company for your work.

We had a great experience with RedRing and would fully recommend. We'd recently bought our first flat and wanted to turn the existing loft space (final photo here) into an en-suite bedroom. This involved creating a new doorway, filling up the existing doorway, building a stud wall, adding 2 sky lights, adding spotlights to both the bedroom and the en suite, connecting the en-suite to the water supply downstairs and running the pipe work, tiling the en-suite and installing all the bathroom items. Every member of the RedRing team was professional and courteous. We were really impressed. Lucas was a great point of contact throughout and helped everything move smoothly. Sean did a brilliant job with all the walls, pipework, tiling and bathroom installation. We're so pleased with the results!

My boiler broke down as it was very old and needed to be replaced. Redring attended within an hour and done a temporary fix. They also replaced the boiler very soon after I approved the quote. Very rapid response and reasonable quote. Can't fault them.

Rarely due you come across a business/service/team that exceeds all expectations. The quality of work is fantastic, the team are brilliant and all expertly managed. When reviewing quotes you often see the bottom line as the only decison making factor, not only are redring certainly competitive they are simply a superb outfit that deliver. I have had a full refurbishment of my flat which is in an old buildning, so not without its complexities and surprises along the way and Redring always dealt with it very well and communication was fantastic. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY! I needed my electric water heater looked at since it stopped working. I advised the agent I booked in with that the water heater was electric and no gas was in the flat. They advised they had been to our building before and that they would send someone versed in electrics, since the company advertises themselves as "an electrician company". They sent a GAS engineer. I paid the call out charge, he told me I needed to replace the timer and programmer for £300. The engineer, said we needed to get an electrician privately, not through his company, for a 2nd opinion! I got an electrician who looked and said the programmer was fine and that the fuse in the fuse box had flipped! SIMPLE! Redring Property services did not send out a capable engineer (Gas) even though they were told specifically there was no gas in the property, and then tried to charge me for something that was not even broken! They should not advertise they are electrical experts if they send out gas experts! DONT TRUST THEM!! EDIT:- reply to the owner:- you asked me to pay up front since I don’t live in the country! I was very courteous on the phone to your colleague and if it was too far for your engineer to travel, you could have declined the job, it’s up to you how you decide if a call out charge is worth the travel time. And all companies charge a call out to DIAGNOSE before charging to even fix the problem. This is a fair review in my opinion.

An electrician came this week to sort out my lights and doorbell after another company wasn't able to do it - very efficient service and problems all resolved.

If you want a stress full time constantly chasing responses to emails sent. Through the whole process of getting a quote, to arranging dates for installation on a bathroom suite. With replies eventually received with constant apologies for not responding earlier. The workmanship about 3 out of 5, then chasing poor painting to be redone twice. Project managing was also very minimal, with no customer care at the end of the project on customer satisfaction. Shop around if you want better service and less stress. The only email that wasn't slow in being sent was the bill.
