As a landlord, it’s always difficult finding a company to carry out works when it’s not your local area. Glad I found PBT. Natalie and Ross were prompt and detailed in their email replies. Spoke to Natalie a couple of times and she was very helpful. Tenants said they were professional when carrying out the works. Will definitely use again.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They managed all the repairs in the house I've rented for the past 2 years. They understand not everyone like to speak on the phone so they do appointments by text message as well. Fast response, they're always on time and the work is spotless. From fixing boilers to gas and electric safety checks, everything you want, they do. The team is really friendly and I've never had an issue with them.

The work involved was gutter cleaning and inspection and analysis of pipe sealants in the roof. On the whole, PBT provided a high-class service, Cameron and Karl were punctual, courteous and extremely through. They provided plenty of good and friendly advice.

Shockingly bad service! The works were completed well however the crew damaged our hob in the kitchen, did not take care with most of our finishings and dumped rubbish under our floor boards. I am only giving them 2 stars as we do have better electrical work than before. Honestly be VERY wary of working with this company as their subcontractors are not reliable, messy and do not complete the works as expected. The pictures are of the damage and the rubbish that they dumped under our floors. Seek alternatives - I don't think they were worth it.

We have used PBT for a number of years and working with them has always been a pleasurable experience... good service, good advice, cost effective solutions. Happy to rate the key facets of their service with five stars. Need help from a professional company... then give them a call.

An excellent local company. They installed my new fitted gas hob and oven. Fast competent and friendly. The REAL advantage of using a local company shows when you need a small subsequent tweak and it is dealt with immediately. A very impressive service.
