I do not recommend this engineer Mr John Connolly, I had called him a month ago he accepted the job, came at my place checked the shower it was wrongly connected by the previous engineer he cut that wire which was dangerous, fair enough. After that he said he will come again to finish the job as he needed some part since that day I am chasing him but no reply he asked me to pay the call out charges before he actually start the work which was £70 and so I paid it same day. Then after I tried to contact him many times he replied once that he is very busy. He should have not accepted the job if he was that busy there was no point to come at our place if he couldn’t do it because he wasn’t free. To me it was just to take call out charges and didn’t leave a good impact on me as a client which I told him. I would never recommend him to anyone.
Highly recommend, timely, efficient and went the extra mile . A good electrician is hard to find. Even when you have found a local electrician, getting one that can get to you when you need them is another thing entirely.
