Did not show up. I text them 3 times the day before to confirm and called twice on the day when they were meant to show up. No one responded or picked up. Unprofessional and poor communication. Would not recommend. Amended 20/10/25 - Apologised for the no show and said he had a family emergency. Offered to come on the next working day and provided discounted offer. Decided not to proceed with them but wish the company all the best.

We have just used THS Electrical to repair our EV Charger, which was charging very slowly. I've used THS a couple of times, once for an emergency cooker wiring repair, and once more recently to replace a failed extractor fan hidden in an awkward roof space. One-Star Review for THSElectrical Unfortunately, the experience with THSElectrical fell far below expectations. Their drivers need training on basic etiquette, parking manners, and general courtesy. I was held up for over 15 minutes by one of their vehicles, and when I eventually addressed the driver, there wasn’t even an acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience. Proper training on professional behavior would go a long way in preventing these issues in the future. I hope THSElectrical takes this feedback seriously, as it’s essential to respect others’ time and space, especially in a busy environment.

The most responsive, fairly priced electrician services I have come across in London so far and I have worked with a few. I needed a rush job of lights installed; they worked with me overtime finding the correct lights so that I could have them on time. They follow up, their team is kind, patient and easy to work with, and the quality is high. Very impressed

Problem with electric gate. The THS electricians, Josh and Harrison, tracked it down. Nothing to do with the gate. A safety cut-off on another apparatus on the same circuit. Fixed it, tidied up and left. Pretty impressive. Everything works now.

They charged me over £500 to come and fix a boiler fault. They originally quoted £180 but then another man joined him so I was charged because two men were on the job. Then charged for a part. A week later boiler fault has not been fixed. And thermostat has been ripped off the wall and I’m not sure where it is. Nothing has been fixed I just have a massive bill and no one reply to my emails or complaints. I would not use this company

Excellent experience with THS Electrical. Something in the kitchen kept on tripping a fuse in the fuse box. The problem was quickly identified and corrected. We used THS Electrical to install new ceiling lights with a new switch, and also move two existing ceiling lights. Tony was very responsive via Whatsapp, and the two engineers he sent were extremely courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. The work was high quality and they patched the holes they made, though we'll need a decorator to fully hide them (this was made very clear beforehand to avoid any surprises). Would highly recommend.

Our dormant ADT installation went off at the middle of the night and we couldn't get it to stop. ADT, who failed to send an engineer to recover the equipment after disconnection of service a while ago refused to help as we are no longer their customer. So, after calling several emergency electricians listed on the internet who had left their voicemail on, I managed to get through to Tony. He was empathetic and promised to get someone out within 30 mins. A polite young man arrived within the said time and the alarm was disconnected to our and all our neighbours relief. Tony and his team were fantastic. Guys came out at short notice to resolve fuse box issue before Christmas with set time frame - to stop my freezer full of food defrosting. Tony and his team helped me with an electrical inspection and he was referred by a friend. Although I didn’t meet Tony as I wasn’t there on the first day he answered any questions I had and the team who did the work were efficient and friendly.

I found Tony and his team to be very professional and easy to work with. My requirements were fully met, including: new LED spotlight installation, conversion of touch switches to dimmable switches. I got good responses for the quotes on the work and all my questions were answered, which gave me confidence to proceed. The electrician came prepared with all necessary equipment; work was carried out diligently and they cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use Tony's services in the future; and would recommend them to anyone else.

This is the second time that I have used THS Electrical Services, and I've been delighted on both occasions. This time I had three pieces of work done: the first was to install a heater in my kitchen, the second was to replace the spotlights in the kitchen area, and the third was to completely replace the lighting in the bathroom. THS were very good ahead of the work giving me advice on sizes of heater and where to source them, and they were able to answer all of the questions I had about the bathroom lighting where I was converting from halogen to LED and getting rid of the transformer. In all the work took about half a day and THS left the house immaculate. When they arrived they immediately put on overshoes and covered all of the surfaces with plastic to make sure that any dust did not settle on anything important. As the work went along the swept up and disposed of rubbish. Installation in the kitchen could have been awkward because of the location of the fuse box and THS did a first rate job of concealing all of the trunking and cabling. The invoicing was clear and exactly as agreed. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work and the price and will use them again.

I’ve had bad experiences with trades people before as we’ve done a few projects. However THS is one of the most professional and reliable companies I’ve come across. They are extremely efficient and organised. The project was completed on time and there’s not much that I could complain about. They gave us advice on how we could save money (something not many companies do) and helped us figure out future mishaps. I would recommend to anyone who wants someone trustworthy and reliable.

Tony and his colleague came out really quickly when I had a fault with what I thought was my oven, and it kept tripping my fuse board. Turned out I had a burnt out wire and socket from my dishwasher, and if they hadn’t been so efficient, we could have had a very serious fire as it was sparking. He only charged me for the initial call out, not even for the extra parts he gave me, and I found him trust worthy, reasonable and professional. I’d be very happy to recommend them to anyone, and Ill definitely use THS again.

All I can say is Tony and the team got us out of a pickle. We called him up in the morning and that afternoon he was on site fixing our issues and was back again the next day to complete all works. Great work and fantastic service from Tony. Fuses in my main fuse board started to blow so I got an electrician in to fix this, a couple weeks later the problem reappeared. Given that the original electrician didn’t actually fix the problem, I decided to try a different company and called up THS instead. Tony arrived at the prearranged time, promptly identified the issue and repaired the fuse board at a cheaper cost than the original electrician and it has been working fine ever since. Will definitely be using THS from now on. Many thanks.

He was very understanding when the heated towel rail that we had bought ended up being damaged when we opened the box after he arrived.
