Complete joke, a month to come and measure, paid never heard from them again, out if the blue they said oh sorry first one, someone was sick then engineer didn’t revert then oh you asked to measure bedroom too…. Wasting my time for two months, a joke of a company

The gentleman was very thorough for the leak and explained to us what the further damages were. I felt reassured that my issues were taken seriously and kindly by the team. The assured me they would explain the issue to the agent as well. I hope that the agent agrees to further repairs with them because they were very skilled and trustworthy.

Great experience with OnTheHouse! They fixed a mold issue in my flat quickly and professionally. Cath from the agency was incredibly nice and very helpful throughout the process. The engineers (Andreas Olti) were super professional, kind, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I really doubt about the reviews here are genuine or not. This company deserves NO star, but I am unable to rate it as zero start. The fisrt appointment was cancelled in short notice by On the House, then the contractors came on another date with his van parked on my neighbour's driveway!! My neighbour complains to me how rude these people are. They even made a scratch and paint tear-off on the car next to it. Claimed they knocked my door but no one was inside, claimed they called you but not calling your mobile number. And then the company said they even reserved the right to charge a call-out fee for the missed appointment!! Avoid this company!!

When electrician did arrive he was pleasant and very efficient - However he arrived at 7.20 pm. Also we had been without hot water for a week

This was a fast and effective service to get our shower drain unblocked. The plumber, Christopher was nice and sorted the job in 5 minutes, tidying up after himself. Darish organised and oversaw the appointment by phone, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would recommend

The cooker hood at my rental property had stopped working. An electrician from On The House attended, couldn't locate the spur nor figure out what the electrical issue was and therefore suggested installing a new cooker hood with new wiring, spur, the works. Quoted £1000 for this work... Another electrician attended, found the spur in a kitchen cupboard, hidden behind the contents which had been pushed back, and the switch pushed into the off position. So are your electricians incompetent or con artists?! Either way, I would definitely not recommend!

We had a broken boiler. First engineer to come round to fix it was a painter who came round to take a photo of the error, so not a good start. The next day another guy came round who could not fix it, but he called another chap who was an expert on Worcester boilers and he fixed it in no time. Throughout the whole experience, although frustrating having to chase appointments, Louisa handled everything very professionally and always kept her promises to calm me back. Thanks Louisa

We bought a property and we start working with On the house for its refurbishment. - flooring was done properly, nothing to say about that - painting of the whole flat has been a joke, painters had to come 5-6 times to complete doing an horrendous job - after sending the pictures of the wall, they even suggested that we touched the wall ourselves!! - installation of the sliding door: we asked for a normal size door which is 80cm, they did a door of 67cm, much smaller; we asked them to re do it - a sink was installed by them in our kitchen, after few days it was leaking but they did not want to come as they were saying the leak is not connected to the job they did… long story short, we called an external plumber and he confirm that the sink installed by them was faulty. All the works should have been completed by end of March - in reality the last painter’s visit has bern end of May (2 months after). I definitely wouldn’t recommend it, a lot of stress and money for a mediocre job!!
