Very nice and efficient electrician contractors. They sort someone out for me at short notice to fix something I couldn't fix. The rates were explained to me prior and 4 stars rather than 5 because I would have liked to have some sort of sign off sheet before the electrician left but otherwise, happy with the experience.

An appointment was easily arranged with smooth communication throughout. The work was carried out promptly, on time and efficiently. There was more than one smallish job and the electrician listened to me and was happy to help, meaning all work was completed to satisfaction. The price was most reasonable, too. Overall a great service, I would recommend to all.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from start to finish. Faultless. I called up with what I feared would be a difficult job given the light I wanted installed weighed 2 stone, but the appointment was made for the following day and the team dealt with the installation efficiently and in a friendly manner. Communication was fantastic and even the payment portal was super easy to use. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend (and I’m not easily impressed!) This was truly fantastic service.

Tyrone is reliable and trustworthy

Needed help to replace 2 exterior lights and two internal lights. Asked TNE to source the lights. Took a couple of visits to first identify what was needed before TNE sourced materials and came back a few days later to install. Installation was done quickly. Communication with TNE was good. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that workman did not clear up the work and old lights were simply left lying at front door (I would have hoped that they would have taken these away and disposed of them). Would I use TNE again… yes.

Booking was very forward. All my questions were answered and I was given clear information on the pricing structure. The electrician was very professional and got to work immediately. He came prepared with a new switch and explained what was causing the issue. There was no messing about or trying extend the time so I could be charged more. I’ve already recommended TNE and will definitely be using them as my go-electrician in future. It’s such a relief to find a good, honest electrician.

Our retail shop had an unexpected visit from the London Fire Brigade and needed us to commission a Fire Risk Assessment. I rang several companies who either had answering machines and did not return my call, or who had online forms to fill out which also resulted in no response. I did book one company but they did not turn up and as this was now getting very close to Christmas and I was fearful of a return visit from the LFB and I needed the assessment done I gave TNE a call. From the start they were incredibly helpful and organised and very quickly an appointment was arranged for an assessment of my retail premises to be carried out. it was quite thorough and a report was sent about a week later (it was a lot of pages and information) highlighting the areas that we needed to resolve to become legal and compliant with the regulations. The report clearly detailed everything for me and I am now in the process of getting the work done. At the same time I asked for a PAT test to be done as we had about 80 plugs and this was carried out by a different engineer from TNE and I am pleased to say no issues were found. I cannot recommend TNE highly enough for the service that they provided in both Fire Assessment Risk ant PAT test and the price was very reasonable bearing in mind it was on the brink of Christmas. It certainly helped me enjoy my Christmas more knowing that this was beforehand. Thank you TNE1

Electrical survey wit EICR certificate

TNE provided an excellent service. Ted was professional, courteous and quickly able to identify two of the lighting problems which we needed fixing and had previously stumped other electricians. He also installed a new fuseboard neatly and efficiently. TNE kept us updated by phone / email on what they needed to do and parts required. They were able to return the next day to fix a new lighting problem which had arisen as well. Great service and highly recommend.

From start to finish, TNE Electrical have been great to work with. They even agreed to fix two of our spotlights free of charge that needed some plastering after installing smoke alarms, even though it wasn't part of the agreement.
