I needed some ceiling spotlights done at my parents house and found EDL ELECTRICAL !They were quick to respond and own time, . They were very professional, taking care of every detail and did a very professional job. Waled was polite and well considerate of customer needs. WALED from EDL ELECTRICAL recently completed a full rewire of our dentist clinic and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team were fantastic. their communication was excellent throughout the whole job, keeping us informed and answering any questions we had. He was incredibly clean and tidy while working, and made a real effort to avoid unnecessary damage by not chasing through walls unless it was absolutely needed. I honestly could not recommend these lads enough. I bought a flat which called for a complete refurbishment. It needed a complete rewire - most of the electrics were the original from the 60s, and the rest was some kind of cheap patch up done by some previous owner. The surveyor somehow did not pick this up, so you can imagine the nasty surprise - and sudden stress - I had upon moving in. At first I didn’t know what to expect, as this was my very first time renovating a property. I had the whole shebang of contractors coming in - a plumber, a plasterer, a decorator, a kitchen fitter and all that jazz. One was utterly awful. Some were alright. A few were decent. And then there was the lads. In a world full of messy contractors - the ones who make it sounds like they are doing you a favour by taking up the job, charging fees higher than a neurosurgeon would, treating your property like some kind of slum - Waled and Jack are like GOLD DUST. They were at my flat for over a week, and every single day they were polite and respectful, mindful of the fact that I was working from home. They did room by room, cleaning after themselves as they went - hoovering, sweeping. You name it. They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, and why. Every time they had a question - be it the positioning of a light switch, or of the radiator - they just asked, without assuming. They even ended up doing bits which were not even theirs to do, like a bit of carpentry. Just for the sake of helping out. It really made me feel they care about the happiness of their customers which is, sadly, not always the case. So there you go. I feel extremely lucky to have found them. A full electrical rewire is not something which typically falls in the category of repeat business, but the day I will need an electrician again, I know whom to call. We recently hired EDL ELECTRICAL for the second time. They installed a heavy chandelier with great expertise last year. This time, WALED quickly diagnosed the problems of the socket, replaced our fan and took the time to provide good suggestions for improving the fan's functionality. We also had a Nest thermostat installed. His installation was done with precision to ensure its integrated with our boiler and home environment. We appreciated that he cleaned up after the installation and helped dispose of the broken electronical units. Highly recommend Electricians and will gladly hire again.

Friendly, on time, good communication and professional! I only met Carlos who was lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable. Found this company on check a trade and was apprehensive to use them at first as I had never heard of EDL ELECTRICAL before. However, I would highly recommend now! Upgraded my electrical board which badly needed done. No complaints, would use again.

Absolutely fantastic experience, the team couldn't have been better. We prebooked EDL ELECTRICAL for our new property before we moved in. Our move in date was delayed by two weeks and they managed to reschedule us with no hassle at all. WALED and his team done a great job of our rewire, there was slightly more involved than they had initially thought, and I had added on a few extras from the original quote and they still finished the entire job slightly ahead of schedule! We recently had a full rewire of our house completed by EDL ELECTRICAL , and I honestly can’t fault them. The whole team did an incredible job on what was a very complicated project that required a great deal of planning and thought. The team executed everything and the standard of workmanship was excellent throughout. We were particularly concerned about retaining the original features of the house, such as the ornate cornicing and picture rails, but there was no need to worry. The team worked around these features without issue and with great care. EDL ELECTRICAL coordinated seamlessly with joiners and plasterers who worked alongside the electricians throughout the project, collectively delivering and executing the work to a very high standard. Communication was outstanding from start to finish — from pre-start discussions right through to handover. EDL ELECTRICAL carried out a full rewire on our new house this week and we could not be happier with the entire experience! We moved from a new build, which was only built five years ago, into an older property that hasn’t been upgraded anywhere in decades, so we had to find a company to bring it up to the very modern and safer standards that we were used to straight away. We contacted various companies for quotes and advice and WALED / EDL ELECTRICAL stood out amongst the rest. He was efficient, professional, let us make decisions but offered advice where necessary, and provided far much more as part of the rewire than what others offered. Once we done a service versus price comparison, going with EDL ELECTRICAL was the obvious choice. WALED kept us updated on what to expect during the whole process and was always happy to answer any questions. Once the work was due to complete, Waled contacted us with an hours notice, giving us enough time to come back to the property and have our walkthrough. We were back into our home on the evening of the second day meaning less disruption was had to our sleeping and working arrangements than we expected which was a huge plus! There is very little damage to our home, everything was protected and cleaned afterwards, and we now have lovely new sockets, switches, and lights around and outside the house that have made such a difference. We’re actually so impressed with the care that has been taken with the kitchen tiling. We even have a lovely new video doorbell that the team fitted for us too! Met with Waled to discuss rewiring my flat. A good guy who took a lot of time to answer my many questions and was patient when I kept changing my mind about additional requirements. The rewire itself was very quick (2 days) and they did a brilliant job. Even in the room where the flooring was not to be lifted. The plastering work had a smooth finish and, once painted over, will be nearly invisible. 100% would recommend EDL ELECTRICAL

Waled was absolutely excellent and did an exceptional job in fitting a very tricky set of ceiling lights. Waled was able to very quickly book an appointment, was clear on pricing, punctual and left the place very clean and tidy. Even with a number of challenges with the work I had asked to be done, He went the extra mile to ensure a high quality finish to the work. We needed to get our 2 bed 1950s flat rewired, from both a safety aspect and adding more sockets and smoke alarms. After doing a bit of Googling, we knew this was a company we could trust. We approached EDL ELECTRICAL at the beginning of JANWARY and 3 weeks later the job was done! WALED came to see us to discuss our requirements, and later to mark out the walls and ceilings where we wanted to add sockets and make changes to the lighting. Nothing would be too much bother. He continued to communicate with us throughout. The rewire took under 3 days to complete and we are delighted with the professional job that Waled and Bilal have done. The flat was tidy on our return with all rubble removed, also plastering done where needed. We would not hesitate to recommend EDL ELECTRICAL.
