Very happy with the electrical work carried out by Ash in my rental flat, the electrics were pretty old and had some dodgy work throughout. Ash came out as soon as he could to look at my bathroom extractor fan which stopped working. He managed to visit on the same day (to highlight the matter, the Friday before christmas) which was brilliant!!!! I went to screwfix and ordered the wrong part which was unlucky. On arrival Ash helped as best he could and told me what one needed ordering, the part is due to be delivered in 1-3 working days so will leave another review once Ash has fitted this in and will share photos once the job is complete. I would recommend AGS ELECTRICAL Services UK LTD. I had a problem in my bathroom and wasn't sure if it was the electric shower, electric pull switch or the fan that making a burning /fishy smell. I called and left a message which Ash called me back straight away. He was able to come over the same day. He located the problem which was the shower pull switch. He replaced it with a new one. Very professional, showed me the old switch and explained what he was doing. I can't complain about anything. I will be using him for a few more jobs I have around the house.

Had a problem with main power sockets , no power so the fridge was down. Called Gilmartins on friday. The electrician looked at the main power box without even taking the cover off.Called his mate as he wasn't sure the problem saying it must be the RCD switch. Rang Gilmartins on saturday morning to check what time coming , they said not until monday, i was fuming mad saying "WHAT ABOUT THE FOOD IN THE FRIDGE" they didn't care. Looked up local electricians and found AGS ELECTRICAL SERVICES UK LTD. Ash come out saturday morning within 1/2 hour inspected the power box and found the main live power cable loose, saying this is a fire hazard. Fixed everything and restored power back to sockets.Ash then did a full inspection making sure that everything is safe. I highly recommend Ash and most grateful for his professionalism 10/10 Thank You ASH.

I needed an EICR certificate to evidence the safety of the electrics in my property - I called a few local electricians listed on the NAPIT website and out of all of them, Ash was the most professional, detailing what producing the EICR would entail and outlining the costs. Following the assessment, some remedial work was required and Ash gave me a fair price and set a date to carry out the works. Ash was very prompt, calling ahead and arriving exactly when he said he would. The work he carried out was of a high quality.
