Reviews

2.8

Customer reviews for Openview Security Solutions Ltd are overwhelmingly negative, citing missed appointments, poor communication, and long delays in repairing communal door entry and intercom systems. Reviewers also report instances where the company claimed repairs were completed when work had not occurred, as well as high prices for replacement alarm pendants. Further complaints focus on rude staff behaviour and aggressive driving in company-branded vans.

The worst service ever. There is impossible to find a worst company than that. I really don't recommend it to no one! If you can, run away from them.

I had a very poor experience with one of this company’s drivers. Her behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and at times outright insulting. What was particularly concerning was the apparent lack of knowledge regarding road regulations, which raises serious questions about the level of training provided. Following the initial interaction, her conduct became increasingly vindictive, which is completely unacceptable for someone representing a business. This kind of behaviour reflects poorly on the company as a whole. Having reviewed other feedback, it is disappointing, but perhaps not surprising, to see similar concerns raised by others. It suggests a broader issue with staff conduct and customer service standards. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. The behaviour displayed was disrespectful and entirely inappropriate, and I would strongly urge the company to review its training and accountability processes.

Atrocious driving, vile unprofessional behaviour, language and gestures from their "lady" van driver, in earshot of young children in St Helens to boot. Little surprise that the van has more dents than the moon. If this company wants to improve their reviews it seems that employing such entitled and inconsiderate people as this will not help their cause.

The worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of coming across. Complete wilful neglect to the emergency health and safety works by directors, managers, supervisors and administrators alike. Engineers are passed around and discarded of all while never having the necessary qualifications needed for the job they do. Jobs are prioritised by what they can be bothered to do, NOT the genuine reactive time they are instructed to carry out the work in. From the directors, the hr team, and management - right down to the administration staff, NOT ONE IS BOTHERED if a resident is left in a vulnerable position because of their lack of care (read other reviews regarding this). Supervisors and mangers of multiple councils and housing associations have been heard to wish awful events on residents simply because they have asked for their repair to be carried out. If you have been told an engineer will be with you - 9 times out of 10 they won’t turn up and they knew that when they told you they will. The company views any mandatory and necessary tasks regarding your health and/or safety as a box ticking exercise and will not ensure due diligence comes into play. A small branch of this company made up of 22 people saw 12 members of staff leave in a span on 12 months due to the pure disrespect, extreme bullying and lack of human decency of the operations manager TB and not even a hint of investigation into any of this… All of this was overlooked by the internal HR team and not one of those 12 people were treated like humans but instead received a cold and calculated level of disregard. This company lacks even the basic of morals it promises in their Ethos listed on their website. I would refuse anyone working for this company to carry out any kind of health and safety works in a loved one’s home, you should too.
