This company would only issue an EICR for 2 years despite my property only having C3 advisories i.e no danger is present and there is no typical sequence of events that could lead to someone accessing live wires. EICR certificates can still be satisfactory when C3 issues are identified and they should have issued the usual 5 year certificate. The EICR for our apartment block has C2s codes but the company that issued that still issued the certificate for 5 years.

I recently had an electrical inspection performed, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The team was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing all my questions and scheduling the inspection at my convenience. Their courteous attitude made the entire experience pleasant, and I appreciated their attention to detail throughout the inspection process. I’d highly recommend EICR Cert services.

I ordered a EICR report and gas certificate. I went to this company because I could arrange both through one provider. I was happy with their service, it was easy and quick to arrange and the report turnaround was quick. Would happily use them again.

Very disappointed. They booked us in for a gas and electricity certificate for a property of ours, and then cancelled the night before as they suddenly said they don't cover our area, despite the address being provided to them on the phone with their staff the week before when we booked the appointment and this being fine at that point. Complete screw up on their part and it has left us in real trouble, as we have a tenant moving in in 2x days time. Very unreliable and poor communication and in the end they have cost us a lot of money.

Not Recommend

Didn't seem to want my job. Even though I had already paid for new fusebox installation and was a previous customer the day before the rewire was booked in I was just told 'sorry, my electrician wanted more money'. Point blank time wasted. Didnt want the job but could have been upfront about it to avoid wasting everyone's time and money.

Booked an appointment and was given a time slot. After nobody showed up, I called and was informed that the engineer was delayed by 1h. The engineer arrived a few min past that hour. I wasn't informed at the time but the engineer was delayed due to a gas leak at the previous property. I rated 4 because the customer service reached back and apologised for the inconvenience and have confirmed that they will make sure to inform every customer if there's a delay in the services. I received the reports on time after that. The customer service is really good and even if I have a delay they were very apologetic.

fast and timely

TL;DR Prompt service, reasonable price. I had to get my EPC, Gas Safety and EICR certificates done for my property and time was of the essense! I made the booking online (only two working days in advance) and shortly after recieved a call to confirm the details. As was suggested I recieved the Gas and EPC certificates within 48 hours of the job taking place but the eletricals in the flat needed some work to bring it up to satifactory level. Upon recieve the eletrical certificate I spoke to one of the team via WhatsApp and booked the work to remedy the electrical issues to bring it up to Satifactory level, this was for the following Tuesday. All in all it the turnaround, including the work that needed to be done and that satisfactory certificate was about a week, really pleased, thank you!

Would highly recommend EICR CERT. I had to secure several property assessments and safety certificates at very short notice and they were incredibly helpful at providing everything I needed with clear communication at every stage. Will definitely use again!

Booked an electrician for EICR test less than 24 hours in advance because my usual provider cancelled last minute. This was cheaper and more efficient. Got the report in 48 hours

Daniel called an hour before and arrived on time and checked the fire alarms. As far as I am aware he has done a good job. The only reason for the 4 stars is because he called me asking me to make the payment when I am the tenant not the landlord and then asked me to leave a review on google while on the phone with him. As I did not book the company and have not received the report (it’s gone to the landlord) or have full knowledge on what was required for this job I don’t feel I am able to leave a full review. He said the review was needed to get to the next step. I understand if this is a company requirement as apposed to Daniels execution. However I don’t appreciate being forced to leave a review on a service I only have half the information for.

I had to get an electrical certificate to facilitate the sale of my house. I opted for this company because they were well reviewed on Google and in the area. The first engineer was extremely unprofessional and was on the phone the whole time talking in a different language. He didn't explain anything about the process and left. I received the an unsatisfactory report, which flagged areas that needed attention. As I didn’t want to delay the sale of my property, I agreed to proceed with the work required get a satisfactory report and was quoted £250. I now wish I had done more research. The second engineer only took 5 minutes for complete the work and gave me vague answers when I queried what he had been done. I complained and was offered a 10% discount, but even with the discount that price is extortionate. This company is an untrustworthy bunch of criminals!

I had gas EICR and FRA done on one of my property they were really helpful throughout the process and send the cert on time when I chose them my only worry was people come in to property then they send you big bills for rectifications but they change few of my breakers free of cost did not charge me anything extra I am really thankful I got them they are absolutely gem
