Chadwell is overseen by an investor who does not know the first thing about the construction side of there business. The company came reccomend and I spoke directly with the owner but we were sold up the river with his sales pitch. Unfortunately he gave us the wrong advise about an installation for our shop fit and regulations for the area being worked in. It was eventually Chadwell engineers who explained it was the wrong advise. The owner gets involved but doesn't have a clue. It cost us a lot of unnessesary time and made it stressful. This is not a negative reflection of the shop fitters who were honest and knowledgeable but I would not use again due to experience with the management.
