Enquired with Darren to the royal mail work, took my details as he tells me is in charge deciding who will work here at the Thurrock, called back where he was rude to me, just because I asked what documents should send & asked asked about pay , he then said it's now £8.72 when told me £9.50, this man is dishonest, then he ignored calls, I called back again to then be told Darren won't give me the job as we don't have time for questions about the job, I need to ask questions to make the right decision as it's far from home, I've now been told I'm unsuitable, yet they have not even had my application details, this man spoke to me like he is better than everyone, I now have gone to mango who don't behave this way.

I must say that my recruitment consultant Dave Crooks is probably the most professional and approachable recruitment consultant I've had the pleasure of working with to date.The staff staff in general are very polite and welcoming. First Call Contrast Services is one in a million

I have been dealing with first call for the past 4 years first i was placed as a temp to perm in which I was a client contact for onsite temp staff. They have always had outstanding communication and great customer service, they have gone above and beyond for me on a number of occasions especially Dave. By far the best Agency ive ever dealt with, they are all a very helpful team of people who genuienly care about their staff and are willing to help people in anyway they can. I highly reccomend this agency :) thank you all so much for all you have done for me over the years!

Iv worked with first call for the last couple of months. They have been professional and always kept me up to date. They have great opportunities and I enjoy working with them

When registering with First Call their staff were having a blazing row in their office. In addition they sometimes use fake names and also are sometimes aggressive on the phone. Also their ownership and pay/pension arrangements seem rather odd to me.

I worked with first call for about 6 months in total, and I can honestly say my experience with them was first class. David, Michelle and all members of staff were amazing. All pay issues were resolved immediately, so too were holiday requests. Would like to give a special mention to David. I have never met him in person and only communicated through texts but it felt as though we were friends. Such was his understanding and warmth. I now have a full time job with a company I was placed with, I will still be looking for the odd weekend(s) work with first call. Great team!

I had been looking for a job for some time went into first call the staff there was very friendly and helpful they found me a full time agency work that pays well and on every Friday I wish I went there sooner thank you so much first call.

Worst agency I have ever been to, came there and was met with a frosty attitude, staff were on their phones yet to busy to register me they told me to go home and book an appointment, I understand there policy might but they appeared to be uninterested and made me feel like i don't "belong' there.
