Very concerning experience Dexters Estate agent has commissioned Lucky Spark to carry out an EICR on my new built flat. The report I was given was marked UNSATISFACTORY and it was accompanied by remedial works quoted at additional £426. I questioned the findings and asked for photographic evidence. Following this, Lucky Spark acknowledged in writing that there had been a “mix-up with the files” and that the wrong report had been issued. I appreciate that mistakes can happen, but I found the issuing of an incorrect electrical safety report accompanied by remedial works quote, extremely concerning. I would recommend that anyone using Lucky Spark carefully checks their EICR and test results actually correspond to their property before authorising any remedial work.
