Alarms keep going off in our Peabody Blocks installed by this firm in late 2023. The alarm is supposed to alert residents to a fire in the common parts /landings, however the alarm, goes off when there's no actual fire, and they do NOT sound in every flat which does not make sense. Also it means the London Fire Brigade are having to attend false alarms. The concept of the alarms seems like a waste of time and money by Peabody, but worse, a serious risk IF there actually is a real fire. This firm's sub-contractor also knocked all the block lights off several times, stepped on and fractured a water pipe in the roof of the block, and drilled through a gas pipe inside the flat of a neighbour during installation.

AMAZING I have never had such professional and experienced electricians. They were so amazing and understanding with my autistic daughter and took the time to explain and show me what work was done for piece of mind. Would recommend time and time again would not use another electrical service now I know what good service looks like.
