Novi was excellent: he came on the same day and was very professional and fixed my problem. He was friendly and polite and tidy and clean. He let me know 25 minutes before he arrived which was really appreciated.

SO happy I found Novi! I looked for electricians near me that had good Google reviews when I needed an emergency visit having never used an electrician in the area before and I’m so happy I called Novi. During the cold spell a few weeks ago, my heat decided to completely stop working along with no hot water. I called Novi and he explained to me his hourly rate, and that he could be to me within 30 minutes. He showed up when he said he would, identified two separate issues, fix both within an hour. He was incredibly professional and kept me informed while he was working, explaining to my simple brain what the problem was. I plan to go back to Novi for future electrical work we need (and have saved his number!)

Novi electrics saved the day! We moved into a new house and the electrics went out and we were left with no lights or power in the kitchen. I called several ‘24h’ electricians and all said they couldn’t help as it was a Saturday. I called Novi and he helped me over the phone! He guided me through what I should do and we identified the dishwasher was tripping the electrics. He did it all for free. I offered to pay and he said no need. A true hero. He came within 2 hours and charged a fairly good price on my cooker which had been really damaged and even electrocuted me he’s friendly and he’s really good and reliable I’d definitely say he’s your guy if you need an electrician

In addition to the aforementioned attributes of NoviElectrics, I would add the following: Novi fitted a new bathroom fan, recessed lighting, changed numerous electrical sockets and switches that were causing us trouble, put in down-lights, new wall lights, and two ceiling lights. He is honest, friendly, and professional. Novi was always on time, and gave us a clear itemised price on everything he was doing. What he has done for us is perfect, and his prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend Novi.

I had an emergency situation and Novi Electrics responded to my phone call after one ring and immediately came out to my property. He fixed the issue within 10 minutes and charged a reasonable price considering it was an emergency. I shall only use this company now for any electrical issue I have. I thoroughly recommend.

A water leak resulted in my flat fusing and Novi Electrics came out immediately on a Sunday morning to help isolate the cause of the fusing and to restore power. They also isolated the area where the leak was and showed me how to switch off power in that area until leak could be fixed a week later. They were professional, kind and very reassuring. Given it was an emergency Sunday call-out it was also very reasonable and good value for money I recommend them highly

I can only echo the other reviews - if you are looking for a professional electrician this is the company go with. One of the light fixtures was quite complex/annoying and Novi was very careful to ensure it wasn't damaged during installation. Friendly, efficient and reasonably priced, my new go to electrician.

Novi Electrics recently did a substantial amount of work in our house, including upgrading the fuseboards, installing new plug sockets, and lights, fault finding and solving some ongoing switch problems and safety checking out whole system. Really impressed with Novi Electrics. They managed to hardwire our ring doorbell (which two other electricians had been unable to do) and installed a nest thermostat for us. Novi also came back immediately when we had an issue with the thermostat. Fabulous service and fantastic aftercare. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with the service provided - electricity kept tripping. Phoned around 6.20 pm and they were here in less than an hour. Source of problem found quickly, made safe and resolved - including sending me a video of offending leaking pipe from upstairs property (and also recommending a good plumber!). I hired Novi with what originally looked like a boiler problem a little while ago. He came immediately, identified that it was not a boiler but in fact an electric problem, and fixed the problem (spending several hours that day and the next at my home). He thereby saved me well over a thousand pound that a new boiler had cost me, and he charged a very reasonable price for it. Novi is an excellent electrician! I can absolutely recommend him and I wish more handymen in this country were like him!
