Most clients report that the electricians carry out tasks such as rewires, lighting installations, and EICR safety checks punctually while keeping work spaces tidy. Feedback often highlights clear explanations of necessary work, helpful advice, and polite communication. However, critical reviews mention issues such as unprovided documentation, poor communication, rushed work, and low-quality materials.
I hired Fortuna Electrical Contractors Ltd, run by Martin magiek Fortuna, and was very disappointed with both the service and the products. Magiek was unprepared, communication was poor, and the work was rushed and careless. The products provided were low quality and already causing issues just a week later. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable electrical work.
Professional, Fast and could be more happy with work carried out. Strongly recommend
Friendly, fast and thorough. Highly recommended.
Came for a fault in our underfloor heating, and fixed that along with some grounding and bonding issues. Rafa was on time and very pleasant! Highly recommend Fortuna.
Highly professional: quick response, excellent communication, helpful, very tidy and good value. Definitely recommend.
Very reliable and professional electricians. Work was clearly explained and done to a high standard. Maciek is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
They performed complex electrical work for me. They were punctual, professional and very honest of the scale of work needed. Left the flat spotless. Highly recommended.
Very professional, punctual and responsive service. Highly recommended.
Very reliable and friendly electricians. Carried out the job with a smile on their face and in a professional manner. They were punctual and completed the job on time. I highly reccomend them!
Great service. Punctual and polite team, checked in with me at various points of the job to make sure I was happy. Highly recommended.
Highly recommended. Fantastic service from Maciek who I booked to carry out an electric safety test on my tenanted property. He was incredibly efficient with a very fast turnaround and was very courteous with my tenants. Provided me with a full comprehensive EICR certificate. Will definitely use his services again.
I used Fortuna for landlord’s safety EICR checks after I had been quoted extortionate prices for fixes I felt I didn’t need in order to comply. It’s hard to find trustworthy electricians who are honest and don’t try to rip you off, especially as a woman. Maciej and team answer all questions and you feel you are getting good service. I’ll use them again for sure! Keep up the good work, promptness and pleasant attitude.
Totally reliable and professional. Did a great job replacing my ceiling lights and managed to find and replace an outdated bulb. He also completed a EICR safety check on the electrical system in the house. Would not hesitate to recommend him.
Fortuna Electrical is highly recommended and very professional. I requested the complete installation of lights in my house. First they advised me what kind of lights to put according to my needs and they did an excellent job! Very happy with the result. Many thanks!
Very good company - punctual and attended as agreed. Repaired a small fault for me and gave a very reasonable quote for a lighting job. The electrician explained a few issues around electrical safety, clearly knows his job and understands structural matters within ceilings! I will definitely use them again. Jeremy, Perivale.
I used them to replace an existing oven that had the added complication of being too powerful for the existing fuse board. He arrived at the time stated, completed the work within an hour, and left the premises spotless. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Very professional, fast and friendly. Have used twice now and will again. Mix of various different issues I had were dealt with; from outdoor installation, halogen to LED replacements and sockets.
These guys are Brilliant. Very professional - switched on, timely, and so wonderful to deal with. I was stuck for a reliable electrician, for a complete electrical upgrade in my premises, and so happy to have found these guys! Super lovely to deal with, too. Have no hesitation in working with them!
Fantastic service! Very professional. The guys got the job done on time and even helped with a few other odd bits. Highly recommend!
I recently had a rewire completed at my home by Fortuna Electrical. I would recommend this electrical company to anyone. I expected the work to be completed to a high standard which it was. It was excellent. The men were punctual, hard working and more importantly provided the service with a smile (great bunch of lads!)
Fortuna came in to a job which had not been done correctly and very efficiently was able to right a lot that had been done wrong and with good advice. They always call in advance and let me know when they are coming and I've never had to wait for them to show up. I'm very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail and will use them again. I very highly recommend them.
Did not provide documents for their work. Told me to ask before work starts next time. Will use any other electrician next time instead.
