We rented a beautiful home for more than 2 years with Daniel Paul lettings and both Daniel and Paul were a pleasure to deal with. Always attend quickly to help with problems in the home with a smile. I also cannot forget Nigel who made the process of moving in very easy and hassle free. Gabriela was the angel that made sure i got the viewing quickly as we were desperate to get our child in a local school. We felt like a family took care of us. Quite frankly if you can’t respond to the landlord about work being done on the house which is very unprofessional then seriously I don’t see why should they still be employed by the landlord getting beyond the joke, rather deal with the clowns at the circus

Do not read the negative reviews, this company is faultless from start to finish. I could be derogative towards the last agent I used, however I will happily recommend Daniel and his team.
I have let both my properties with Daniel Paul,both times Danny was very good and provided me with great communication all the way. I would not hesitate to use Daniel Paul in the future ! TOP NOTCH
AVOID. From my experience one of the worse estate agents I've ever had to deal with. It's a small team but with very poor communication. They are basically used car salesmen who tell you one thing before you sign and promise this and that will get done but once you sign with them that's it, you're on your own. They don't show you any aftercare and seem to tell you different things which effect when you get your deposit back. Most properties they had on offer are being offered by other estate agents too. I suggest searching for them and avoiding these guys. Moving is a stressful time and not dealing with these guys will make it 10 times better.
