Hiya, had to leave a reveiw as the work so far has been fantastic , i have a painter/ decorator named Karl here who is very well spoken , great communicator , great skills and what an awesome painter , respected my property ( footwear off) hes here again today with the same energy and getting all the work done! Lock and handle sorted so 5 BIG STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! So thank you Karl. Now to add on the extra fuss and negavitiy of today is with the floor layer who come by today to do my en-suite right yet he came late and left off to hackney to pick up the materials , agreed itll be done TODAY!! its now 5.28 pm and i have not heard from him at all, bare in mind these jobs they are doing are by my shitty housing due to me wining my COUNTERCLAIM AGAINST THEM. So purly in my right to make sure its too a good high standard! I made it clear if they can provide the similar flooring as it should be as the previous i had if not then we shall leave it yet i still need to be updated ! However have i been updated ? Nooo. Is it professional ? Nooooooo , am i VEX Yes i am as i stayed waiting all of today, what a disgrace , how unprofessional as an axtually company! the floor layers name is Alfie , you silly sausage ! Accessed my garden without permission and have errected scaffolding without permission which has now been there for 3 weeks. Ignore emails then finally respond with a completion date of today... of course nothing has been done!
I have had scaffolding in my garden for 3 months while we wait for Herts to attend to “minor repairs” on the apartment upstairs. The work was delayed again and again for ridiculous and made up reasons. Herts would come and do a little bit of the job and then leave it unfinished for weeks at a time. This just let the issue get worse and worse. Finally after three months of waiting, work was completed two weeks ago. The scaffolding cannot be removed until Herts comes to take a photo of the work they completed - why it is taking weeks for someone to find 10 minutes in their day to take a photo of a building is beyond me. They are evading phone calls and emails from the Council Complaints department. This is a terribly run and inefficient business and I cannot believe anyone engages them for work. Do not use them, unless you’re happy to spend the rest of your life waiting for someone to come and fix a leak.
Herts heritage is very terrible please don’t go here I’ve been waiting over a month to have my shower fixed I’ve been waiting 1 month and 2 weeks everytime someone comes to my house to fix something they come without the right tools to fix it then come back a week and can’t fix the problem then your have a different person come to your house and say I can’t fix this I haven’t been told the full story and then they won’t fix the new problem it’s all very unorganised and no matter the problem or the circumstance your have to wait very bad don’t go here
Do NOT let this company touch your bathroom. My local authority employed them to put in a wet room. I already had a new electric shower which was fitted very well, all pipes and cables were hidden behind the walls, they ripped out everything and replaced it with massive white truncking going all around the celling/room, steel pipes fitted in the middle of the wall and they build false walls(which wasn't needed) making my bath/shower space much smaller.
THIS COMPANY AND ITS DRIVERS ARE SO INCONSIDERATE THEY BLOCKED MY CAR I HAD A HOSPITAL APPOINTMENT NO NOTE LEFT NOTHING CALLED THE COMPANY THEY COULDNT GET HOLD OF THE DRIVER!!
Absolutely do not go with this company. Was hired to do our roofing and plumbing by hackney Council about 3 months ago and the leak and damp has gotten worse and worse. I have had a newborn in that time and we still don't have a day for the it to be fixed. They don't know the word the word urgent .
Cheap but not cheerful!!! Poor building company used by social housing landlords as contractors. Their maintenance staff, that I have encountered are unqualified, poorly trained and unable to fulfill basic tasks to a minimum standard. I overheard a telephone conversation from the telephone assistant, when enquiring about the arrival time of a Herts operator, describe me as a “difficult tenant”. I think Herts Heritage are a difficult contractor and would urge private and social landlords, and the general public to think twice, before engaging with the services of this low standard work force.
Horrible company. The on-site workers are rude, loud, and aggressive and leave rubbish on residents lawns instead of walking a few steps to the dumpster. The company needs to do better, as does Newham Council, who hired them.
Absolute brilliant servive. Plumber turned up both times, on time and completed the installation of a new shower so quickly
Worst company. Useless and unskilled workers. Their workers are rude, arrogant and very very unqualified. Very disappointed and don't understand why Hackney homes still use this company for repairs.

My walk in shower doors were leaking after 20 years and Islington Council employed this company to fit replacements. After a matter of weeks both doors have fallen off and the rubber seal is shedding. When I asked for an urgent repair on the 31st I was advised that Herts would contact me. They didn't as it was a bank holiday weekend and no call today so I rang them to ask for an urgent response. They have told me a week away next Tuesday. My shower is my only method of keeping clean and also helps me with pain management..
Fantastic company i would recomend them to anyone.
