I used them for my flat's EICR. Although the engineer who came (Mark) was very professional and helpful, my whole experience has been severely marred by the poor professional attitude of the back office, particularly a lady called Ellie. She sent the invoice before the report was issued. I paid straight away and asked when the report would have been available given that 4 working days were already passed. I was told that the report would have been with me by close of business on that day (Wednesday). The following Friday still no sign of the report. I called but nobody answered, left a message on their voicemail and even dropped a WhatsApp message. Radio silence throughout until the following week when I got hold of Ellie over the phone, who said that the report would have been with me within one hour. After the certificate arrived I wrote an email to express my deepest disappointment with such a service, mentioning that they lost a customer - I was planning to award them with an upgrade of my rcd box. She didn't even bother to reply and apologise. I found this way of doing business totally unacceptable and I hope my review here would help them to improve their customer service.
Firstly office manager Ellie made the whole process very easy booking in a two-hour slot. Electrician Mark came at the appointed time and fixed faulty sockets that had not worked for some time whilst carefully explaining the issues. Wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I used Phoenix Electricians for an updated EICR safety check and certificate after finding them online through Google. The electrician was quite thorough and spent about 3-4 hours checking the installation. The certificate and report was issued a few days after I made payment. I was worried that there may be additional costs since the advertised price for the check was low, but the engineer advised on opional improvements that could be made but was very honest about the overall checks. I would highly recommend this company for regular EICR checks and will be using them for other work that I need in the coming weeks.

Mark was the electrician who came out. He explained what he was doing clearly and talked through ways that I could potentially improve the electrics in my flat. He was very knowledgeable, clean and competent. I liked that he paid attention to the little details. I have called out a few electricians from other companies in the past and meeting Mark showed me how poor their work was. I highly recommend this company and Mark for any work you need doing.
From start to finish it was one of the easiest interactions I have. The appointment was booked within 30 minutes requesting a quote and the work was completed the very next day. The electrician arrived well within the allotted time frame and completed the work quickly and efficiently! Not only that, the price was beyond reasonable (£50 cheaper than another quote I got) I would definitely use Phoenix Electricians again and would recommend others to use them too.
