Mark was an outstanding tradesman; he was very confident and complete when describing the scope of works required, ensuring I understood every aspect of the works to meet my requirement. Mark described the potential options, pros and cons to ensure I had all the information to make an informed decision. The schedule was worked around both our diaries with honesty and transparency by Alice with a date set to perform the install. Mark was onsite on the target date, described the sequence of events, accepted a cuppa and got cracking. A few pieces of detail needed some confirmation, again, Mark described them accurately so I could make the necessary decisions easily. I always love tradespeople who make good the space they have been operating in, removing the mess that is inevitably made and Mark did exactly this. The whole works space was left as he found it; neat and tidy. Upon completion of the installation, Mark took the time to ensure I understood the basics of the EV Charger, to the point where I was comfortable. Overall, a very, very positive experience with Alice and Mark. Highly recommend!!!

Mark promptly contacted me with some questions, and provided us with a pre-quote pending a free visit to the flat to properly assess the work. During this visit, Mark thoroughly assessed the situation, and after discussing the job and agreeing on additional adjustments to be made, I received a detailed quote the following day. Mark procured the material and completed the installation leaving everything clean. He also sent a report on the work done, including the result of the inspection on the reason why the ventilation system had failed in first instance.
