I had such a great experience with NewArc Compliance Services and with Marc in particular. He came to my flat twice and was amazing, not just at the actual work (changing plugs, lights, checking everything properly, etc.), but also at explaining things in a way that really made sense. What I really appreciated is that he took the time to answer my messages on WhatsApp as well, helping me understand what I needed to buy and giving honest, clear advice. He was super helpful, very thorough in his checks, and you could tell he really cares about doing things properly. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and just a really decent person to deal with. Mark is definitely my go-to for anything electrical from now on. I’m extremely happy with the service.

Marc was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He recently carried out an EICR on my house, updated the electrics, installed a new hob and oven and fixed some ongoing issues with the lighting. He was incredibly helpful, efficient and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. I also really appreciated his flexibility in fitting the work around my schedule. Everything was completed to a high standard and at a fair price - highly recommend!
