Parm was so helpful when we had an unexplained spontaneous problem with our fuseboard and lost power to half of the house - he gave great advice over the phone to see if we could avoid unnecessary expense on a call out fee, and then when it was clear we needed an electrician on site he came over that evening. He was courteous and respectful, providing a great interim solution for us, and was honest about expected costs we might incur. We will definitely be using him again for future work.

Parm came to our rescue after our kitchen extractor hood broke down a day before tenants were due to move in. He spent time to carefully identify the issue and then promptly returned to fix the new hood. Professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Thank you.
