Mark’s electrician team (Lewis and Josh) were absolutely excellent from start to finish. They are professional, efficient, and genuinely kind people — a pleasure to have in the house. They replaced our consumer unit, installed new main earth bonding, thoroughly checked all sockets and connections, and fitted new lighting. Everything was done carefully and to a high standard, with clear explanations along the way so we felt completely reassured. The team was punctual, tidy, and very respectful of our home. It’s not always easy finding tradespeople you can fully trust, but Lewis and Josh are exactly that. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark’s team to anyone needing reliable and high-quality electrical work.
EICR is priced low to start, they then listed a lot of remedial work and quoted £1200+ for one day's work. I asked another electrician to do the EICR again, changed a few lights then simple sign off. so don't be fooled by the sales trap.
Josh has been the best electrician ive come across. Super polite, friendly, professional, organised. Going the extra mile with his advice and education on different parts of my flat that needed fixing. 10/10 recommend
