Michele, Luca and Steve did an amazing job changing my bleak little bathroom into the nicest room in the house! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with how it turned out, and had a very strong attention to detail. They explained what they were doing, checked in with me regularly to see I was happy with decisions they were making and the progress. Above all they were friendly, approachable, and tidy, so it made the whole process so much easier. Would not hesitate to recommend Bubble Level.

We contacted these guys to carry out a renovation work that included, among other things, the replacement of a shower enclosure installed two years ago by a company that was not the best , the work was more difficult than expected due to constant unpleasant surprises. However, the boys proved to be professional, punctual, clean, fast, responsive, and most importantly honest we were constantly updated on what needed to be done risult no hidden costs on the final bill Highly recommended

Following a recommendation from a neighbour I asked Michele and Luca to handle the complete refurbishment of my small flat. I was really pleased from start to finish; Bubble were clear, professional and offered me some good advice about colour schemes and redesigning the layout of the kitchen and bathroom to make the most of the space. I feel like I’ve moved into a new flat! The whole process was stress free and Michele communicated with me throughout. I highly recommend Bubble Level.

I approached Michel and Luca to rennovate my severely outdated dining/living space and they delivered without a hiccup. They knew exactly what I asked for and worked tirelessly to completion. The choice of materials were picked carefully and they approach each task with a keen eye to achieving quality. The icing on the cake were the finishing touches and overall quality finish that not all renovation craftsmen will be able deliver.

Michele, Luca and team had just recently completed a whole house refurb that took 4 months to complete. They became part of the family as the works was being done whilst we were still living in the house. They were professional, courteous and above all mindful of ensuring that works could be done without too much disruption while we stayed at the house. They showed up everyday enthusiastic about the work ahead which also made your day! Whilst we had itenary agreed prior to work starting, along the way there were small changes that needed to be made and Michele/Luca were very accommodating in making those adjustments without adding to the budget. They are very passionate of doing the work properly and do not take shortcuts which gives one piece of mind (which is definitely required when such huge renovation works are being undertaken). They even provide running commentary of the work they are doing which helps to understand the decisions being made by them but also enhances your own knowledge about building works. I would definitely recommend Michele/Luca if you are looking for trustworthy builders who know what they are doing and will ensure that the works are carried out to the highest of standards (including material), in time and on budget.

I used this company in July and August 2024 to fully renovate two bathrooms and update fixtures in another bathroom and the kitchen. One of my bathrooms was badly affected by damp and felt like a lost cause - but now, it’s absolutely beautiful. The work was done to a fantastic standard, and the team couldn’t have been more lovely. They were happy, friendly, and positive every step of the way. Any problems that came up were handled quickly and with no fuss at all. I’m so grateful for everything they did and would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and a great experience.

Michele and Luca did a brilliant job renovating my ensuite. The finish on my new shower unit and sink is beautiful. They're professional, polite, reliable and clearly experts fitting bathrooms. There was minimal noise for the 2 days and also cleaned up meticulously at the end of both days they worked. After having nightmare experiences with other tradesmen, it was such a relief to have a stress free experience with Bubble Level. I highly recommend Michele and his team.

We are so happy with Michele and Luca’s work. They did such an amazing job transforming our old, wonky bathroom into a high-spec modern bathroom with underfloor heating, niches and built-in mirror cabinet. No request was too much (e.g. when the studs in the wall needed to be moved to fit my additional niche or finding a way to add a switch inside the mirror cabinet). I was also working from home a lot of the time and they were both really considerate and also cleaned up every evening before they left. I felt really comfortable having them around. They were really reliable and communicated clearly - highly recommend!!

Michele and Luca have undertaken a number of jobs for us over recent months. From their first visit to review the works, it was obvious they were highly skilled and knowledgeable tradespeople. This was confirmed as they repaired some problems in our bathroom and kitchen areas we had discovered after moving into our current home. A large part of these works required the refitting of new sanitaryware, retiling, and some remodelling of areas, which required extensive experience and skill to combine new with old. The end result of works undertaken to date are superb and we are delighted how our home has been improved. Michele and Luca are friendly and helpful to deal with and offer suggestions along the way, including solutions when unforeseen circumstances arise. Luca and Michele are very attentive and friendly and they did an excellent job repainting the bedroom and the kitchen/living area in my flat. They arrived promptly, got the job done very quickly whilst completing it to a high standard. They even did a thorough clean up afterwards. These guys came and did a WONDERFUL job!! From the flooring to the paintwork and just everything was done very professionally! Honestly, I've never seen paintwork with just detail and care. Everyone who visits my home asks who did this work! I don't need to recommend these guys as their work speak for them! 10/10 thank you!!

Where do I start with Michele and Luca. They literally saved our home after rogue builders left our property in a sorry state. They fixed everything, finished it to a good standard, are honest and reasonably priced. For months they turned up every day on time, always accommodating and had conversations about everything before carrying on with the job. On top of being competent tradespeople they are also both personable and a genuine pleasure to have in our home. We honestly missed them when they left.

BEWARE! Hired them for a small job, they charged me 3 hours to replace 8 switches and fix a bathroom light that required the electrician 10 minutes. Don't hire these people.

Luca and Michele from Bubble Level are very experienced and honest. They did a great job at refurbishing the bathroom in my house.
