Amazing firm of builders who know their stuff. Would highly recommend them to any company looking to deal with fire safety. Spoke to other Firms but they didn’t want to know just wanted to sell a survey before talking. Not what we wanted.
Nothing positive to add, they don’t turn up and don’t adhere to their health and safety obligations. Inconsiderate individuals with poor communication skills.
Avoid using these guys!! very rude work men with a awful attitude when asked anything especially a guy called Edwardo! So if you get him good luck. Come early to do works and have no consideration for tenants at all. Make a lot of noise and unnecessary noise taking personal conversations wistling very loud in the corridors when asked to stop carried on. Would never use them and don’t understand why the council have chose this company have made a complaint and waiting to hear my outcome. If I could leave no stars I would don’t waste your time unless you like rude work men doing your work that you cant ask nothing to.

If you want to alienate your neighbours, this is the construction company for you! They carry out loud, heavy drilling work on a Sunday morning illegally. When approached to discuss they ignore you.
These people are absolutely brilliant and totally professional. They fitted a new door to my property and the job was done efficiently and effectively and they cleaned up afterwards. Excellent outfit 👍

A member of RAAM claiming to be from Waits entered our estate and damaged our electrical wiring and internet wiring on 3 floors!! When challenged by residents and care taker the man with a polish accent lied then stated he was not going to fix the damage as he was not an electrician... so why was you in an electrical cupboard messing around with the wires????? He then drove off and left the floors in complete darkness and people without virgin internet! AVOID COMPANY AND THE OTHER FEEDBACK IS FAKE AS IT IS FROM THEIR OWN WORKERS!! COMPENSATION WILL BE ASKED FOR!!
