Excellent service. Morteza quickly and efficiently sorted out the electrics issue with a heat alarm which no one else had been able to resolve all day. Came out on a Sunday evening. I’d highly recommend him.

We needed an urgent visit to inspect faulty fuse box and tripped switch at night. Morteza turned up quickly and professionally carried out all necessary work and identified the issue with a fix. No doubt I will be using his service in the near future and have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone.

I called emergency electrical number and Morteza was sent out to my salon. He was amazing. He explained everything to me and what would happen next. It turned out to being a fault with the supplier but Morteza check and double checked then explained to me exactly what they need to do so they don’t try and not do the job properly Lovely man I have his number and will be calling him back to do a few jobs for me

Morteza was extremely professional and efficient at his work. He was in my flat in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem whilst explaining to me what the issue was.

I honestly can’t recommend this electrician enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. They arrived on time, were extremely friendly and professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The work was completed to a very high standard, everything was explained clearly, and they left the place spotless. It’s such a relief to find someone trustworthy and skilled, I’ll definitely be using them again!

I had an electrician come to my property on 9/12/25 to fit a receiver and heating controls to the boiler for over £140 now on 29/12/25 this brand new receiver is not working. I called and was given the number for the electrician that attended without even attending my property he has said the receiver is faulty and he would charge £180 per hour. This is disgusting I paid £75 for the receiver brand new from a plumbing shop on 9/12/25 it seems unlikely that is it faulty. The electrician is clearly unprofessional.

Today had 2 dodgy electricians turn up to my property!!! Do not use this company 2 dodgy electricians in a white van. Dont believe they knew what they was doing Did not do the job then threatened my tenants Very threatening and disturbing behaviour. The guys were after money and demanding a full payment for a no job! Absolutely ridiculous. Will be taking this further. Had no forms of paperwork from anyone from the company The manager after i explained the situation had a poor excuse for the threatening behaviour of her staff Dont believe they are real engineers Poor customer service Stay away from this company a complete fraud

Absolute rip off. £264 initially quoted if to be done on the day and £180 for the next day for a small job. Over 60% is commission whilst the actual tradesmen get little. This is a predatory service. Will not be using them again. They regularly reply quoting “Request for Immediate Removal of Impersonating Google Ads Account” but 24emergency Electrician Ltd is the service we called.

Please do not use this company. We are in Torquay and read the reviews believing them and looking at the comments they are not who they say they are ? Our experience was someone coming out and charging nearly £400 without fixing the problem. Needless to say we cancelled their appointment to return the next day and with another company the problem was fixed within 45 minutes and a fraction of the cost .

Comprehensive & professional service. Arrived on the dot. My electrician was happy to answer any questions, as well as checking I was happy with what he was doing throughout. He was happy to pop out to purchase additional equipment to help with the job and was back very quickly. He even took my old hob out to the communal bin area after replacing it, plus offered to sweep any dust away afterwards! Considerate & efficient. Would definitely recommend them! - Nick/East London

We needed an electrician to come over on a Sunday evening because all of our power sockets stopped working, including the appliances and boiler. They came in just one hour and sourced the problem professionally and quickly. They got the appliances working and came back th enext morning to run a whole new power line through the flat to sort out the remaining issues. The whole time they kept us informed of the work they were doing, the issues that presented, and the options for resolution. We felt well looked after and supported. They also worked very quickly, which was appreciated. Highly recommend!

My flatmate and I came back from work to find we had no electricity. Long story short, Morteza, came out for an emergency appointment at 9.30pm. Within 15 mins he found what had gone wrong and we had electricity again. Morteza was efficient, polite and professional. Would definitely recommend him! Thank you!

Called up to ask about repairs to an alarm and got hung up from half way through nice one

Find a local electrician! This is a company based in London who take 50% of the call out fee. With VAT it's £317 call out so your local electrician will be cheaper. The fault with my fusebox was a leaky kettle. Turn off all your plug sockets first then turn them on one by one. That could have been advice over the phone first to assist and fix the problem, but no advice is given. Use someone local, rather than this company who will provide someone local and charge you heavily for it.

Called and booked electrician last night to attend today at 13:30, got call at 13:47, to say he will be coming at 16:00, no call no nothing, called back all operators busy, called again, 16:30, then got told see what we can do, chased again, then no one is coming, I suggest in the future you under promise and over deliver, don't over promise and UNDER DELIVER

Absolutely fantastic Matty arrived within the hour of initial phone call. Very friendly professional manner. Sourced the problem within half and hour fixed and all electrics back on so my elderly mum could rest easy and have a long awaited brew. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much great service. 👌

Not bothered to turn up.

I booked an appointment and immediately tried to cancel it and the lady on the phone wouldn't let me cancel it to the point I said fine whatever and sent the guy away when he got her. Sorry to the electrian who came out, I did try to cancel.

Called at night time about an emergency. Was told someone would come out within 60mins. No one showed up. We called 2hrs later and were told someone would come within the next 30-60mins. At this point the advised call out fee doubled in price. Again, no one showed up. We were then told no one would come out at night and we should book for the morning at 8am. At this point we lost faith and booked with British Gas instead.

Called at 11.15am requesting help with no power to sockets downstairs. Told someone would be with me in 30 to 60 minutes, called again after 2 hours to be told they would arrive between 3.30 and 4.00pm. 4.30, still no one here, so called to cancel. Disappointed to say the least!

Terrible. We asked for an emergency electrician at 10pm, were told it would be a 30 minute wait. Almost 2 hours later no electrician and no answer to any of our calls. Eventually, when we got through, they offered no discount from their ridiculously high price and we cancelled. Borderline scam

Very good and hard working, arrived on time, found and fixed the fault without stopping for 2 hours, would recommend.

Absolute rip off. Even the visiting electrician was disgusted at the price they charged me. A small job done within 30 mins. Apparently I was charged £200 for labour plus the call out of £50. No materials used. Do not call this company!! Disgusting Visiting electrician I give 10 stars. Really nice genuine guy.

Update: This company is active again — beware! They keep changing contact numbers in their ads, use subcontractors, and ask for direct payments to them. Once you pay, the number goes offline and no invoice is issued, leaving no trace. If you post a review or make a claim, they will deny providing any service to you. If you’ve been caught by this, contact Google Support — they may be able to help with a refund. I discovered 24Emergency Electrician through Google Ads, which turned out to be a complete fraud. They lacked the necessary skills and equipment for the job and ended up causing more damage than they repaired. Which will require future correcting, Specifically, the initial electrician damaged the wires in the sockets during his work, which could have led to serious electrical issues. The initial problem was with a single MCB switch tripping every so often, which was caused by a faulty socket in the loop ring circuit of my house. Initially, the electrician made a dangerous attempt at fixing the issue by cutting half of the ring circuit wires in several sockets. As it turns out, this did not solve the problem. Unfortunately, the electrician failed to identify the issue. After this, he started to leave and then demanded £900, despite not having made any actual repairs. The professional electrician with the right equipment identified the root of the problem in 10 minutes. The second electrician also called out the dangerous attempted solution to the issue and asked the first electrician to fix the wires he cut, but he had damaged the wires in such a way that he had to extend those wires by making joints in the wires, which can cause major electrical issues in the future. However, they continued to charge me for the hours spent fixing the damage caused by the first electrician.

Called the number on this page (and yes, the “owner” will probably pop up to say I never booked him, as if he can’t see which number is linked here). I was quoted a price I was happy with only for the guy who turned up to say it was per hour, not for the whole job (never mentioned on the phone). I went ahead out of desperation, but what a mistake. He barely knew how to hold a drill. Made a huge hole for a tiny wire that I had to patch up later, and struggled with pretty much everything. It honestly felt like watching myself 10 years ago - big drill, big hopes, and very little to no skill. Sweet nostalgia, but not worth £180. To top it off, after we transferred the money he stood around for 10 minutes looking annoyed, thinking we were trying to scam the scammer until he realised his phone was on airplane mode the whole time 😂 Then he even asked if we wanted his personal number for future jobs - the level of confidence we all should be aiming for. At least I got a funny story out of it and a new experience (yep, first time getting scammed because I decided to rush for no reason, and didn’t bother to see this is sponsored with a bunch of 5* reviews from bots until later). Now whenever colleagues fall for a phishing email I can say “That’s fine, I paid £180 for one hour of work that still needs repairing later when I could have done it myself in minutes for free.”

Unfortunately we didn't have such a good experience like others. We were quoted £264 over the phone as it was Bank Holiday weekend as we had no hot water coming through & when it was sorted we were told it would be double plus an extra £10 for switchbox so £538!. When I queried it the electrician said call it £500. I phoned the number I originally called to query it & was advised its only the Manager who can check on this & that I would get a callback but Unfortunately this didn't happen & it's now 3 weeks later that is the reason for the one star review. When I asked whether we would get a receipt for payment we were told yes but again we've received nothing to say what work has been done & that we have paid £500. Safe to say won't be using again.

I recently hired this electrician for a simple job—installing a switch for two lights—but the work was poorly done. Only one light turns on, and the other doesn’t work at all. I expected a professional to ensure proper wiring, but now I have to troubleshoot the issue myself.

Electricians are good and friendly but this company is awful. DO NOT USE. I rang after an hour to see where they were and to say we had managed to fix it ourselves. The electrician rang me to say they were 10mins away and I said we didn’t need them to come out. I tried to ring this company to cancel and kept getting a message saying someone would ring me back - for about an hour and a half. Eventually I got through and they said an area manager would ring me. She was extremely rude, telling us to pay £180 even though we’d fixed it ourselves and I’d tried to cancel via their awful phone lines and with the electricians themselves. She insisted that I’d only tried to cancel 10mins earlier when I’d been trying to get through for over an hour. Don’t use, huge con, just go direct to electricians

Avoid at all costs!! Area manager so rude!!! I've been in customer service management for 20+ years and never heard anything so aggressive. I'm shaking after the call. Shouting at me down the phone because I wanted to cancel, 15 mins after making the appointment, after THEIR electrician phoned me to say he couldn't be with me for another 2 hours. (he even told me they would be angry at him). This is a scheduling company. All invoices are paid direct to whichever electrician they contact to attend. The reviews on here are not relating to 24/7 emergency electrical services, they refer to the work of the companies recruited to attend. DO NOT USE 24/7 EES.... Deal with a reputable electricians direct.
