They were outside London that day but visited us on the same day in the evening as our dryer stopped working. It was the damaged plug due to the condensation. Michael immediately fixed that for us, and then he noticed that our light switch in the lounge is making some sort of noise, and told us it should be his duty of care, and fix it on the spot as well!!! How kind...

We had major electrical work done to a property I share with three other flat owners. It needed all the electrical meters to be replaced and an installation of a Ryfield Board to bring it up to the standard expected by UK Power Network (UKPN) so that we could have a new meter installed. Mike and his team were amazing from start to finish! He was recommended to me by a local Window company and I am so grateful for this recommendation. The quote was competitive, the workmanship of a really high standard and at all times I was able to contact Mike and he made himself available to help immediately. UKPN were quite difficult with what they expected and changed the brief at the last minute and expected an electrician to be available on the day. I was so lucky as Mike dropped everything and made himself available so that we could get the work sorted. 3J's Electrical Ltd are a very professional and helpful team. I would highly recommend them as they provide excellent customer service!

Mike was absolutely amazing fitting our light fitting. I didn't have to worry about anything but a suitable time for him to attend. He brought the replacement switch and fixed the problem within 15 mins.

I found 3J electrical very professional from start to finish the team arrived at the agreed time, the job was explained to myself and family confirming the time the electricity/power would be switched off for. I found the team to be very knowledgeable and up to date on the new regulations regarding the insulation of my new fuse board. The team worked well together and at the end vacuum the area and left the place in a tidy condition, the price of the job was as agreed with no hidden extras I have some other work lined up to be done in the house and will highly recommend 3J's electrical to friends and family
