We had work down on various things in our house by this company one year ago including some outside lights. One year latter the lights started to trip. Sam’s team came back, even though the one year guarantee had just expired and fixed the problem for no charge. Very impressed by the aftercare service.

Sam and the team assessed our sliding gate, which had been built by our builder (he had done his best but had no experience in this), as the motor that operated it had conked out. They identified all faults with the original Installation and explained everything in a clear way. The remedial work done was done well and swiftly, with great communication along the way. When there was an issue with the new motor delivered the team promptly sorted it out. An extra thank you to the tech team who, on the day our daughter was born (as luck would have it happened on one of the days the guys were there!) they brought flowers, chocolates and a card! Great job guys!

This firm restored data and files after crashes on my smartphone and then on my personal computer. Extremely thorough and efficient work, highly recommended.

Found this company via the Which consumer website of trusted traders with five star reviews. I also checked the reviews for this company via Trustpilot and Google which all contained glowing reviews. Telephoned and spoke to Sam. Booked an installation of a ring doorbell for a couple of days later. The team arrived Thursday morning and installed the ring doorbell to the mains supply, very neat and professional job done. Lovely guys who made sure it was correctly installed and tested. Cleaned up mess and took packing. Very knowledge in their work. The reasonable cost of work was emailed to me before I accepted the job and payment is done online. I will not hesitate using HomeTechWare again and they will be top of my list for future security and home fixes. I am so pleased to have found this company - it is worth all of its 5 star reviews.

Both electricians checked the electrical installation condition and identified the work that needed to be done. They discoed the details with me before carrying out the work swiftly and efficiently including fitting a new socket and switch, fitting an external light etc. They were courteous, and polite. I am delighted with the work

We contacted HomeTechWare after seeing their great reviews on Which Trusted Trader. We were not disappointed. Sam and his team were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They bent over backwards to make sure we got what we wanted. We needed to relocate our modem and switch equipment and install networking sockets around the house. They made an initial site visit, working with us to find good solutions, then provided a fully itemised quote. They didn't try to aggressively up-sell and completed the work on time and to the agreed quote. They were also very reasonable and accommodating with the additional work we asked for on the day. They were extremely pleasant at all times and I would recommend them highly.

Sam and his team (especially Pshemek) were from start to finish professional, reliable, open and brilliant. They not only fitted us a new alarm system but they fitted us new lights, new sockets and gave our new house the once over to confirm our EICR was done correctly. Sam is a great communicator and made the whole process understandable to us. Pshemek is also very professional and explained everything he was doing throughout. Overall, I would never hesitate to recommend Home TechWare to anyone and it gives us great relief that we have a trusted company we can call on if we have any issues in the future (although fingers crossed not!)
