I recently had some electrical work done and couldn’t be happier with the service. The electricians were quick, efficient, and got straight to the point without any hassle. They explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout, and made sure I understood what was being done. On top of that, they were genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s not always easy to find tradespeople who combine professionalism with a great attitude, but they absolutely delivered. I am really not one for writing reviews. However, on this occasion, I am happy to put fingers to keyboard to show my appreciation for a job well-done. Benjamin came highly recommended to me by a neighbour for professionalism and honesty. I don't think I've ever met such a happy set of tradesmen such as Benjamin and his probie, Matt. My electric shower gave up the ghost after 15 years, or so I thought. A thorough check of my shower unit found some very loose connections which to an unscruplous operator I'm sure would have landed me with a request to install a new shower! But not Benjamin, he just happily got on with checking the rest of my property circuitry and gave me an all clear thumbs up. Benjamin is clearly a credit to himself and his profession.

I had an excellent experience with Benjamin and his team at Ealing Electricians Ltd. They carried out the EICR for my new home and were incredibly honest, informative, and patient, taking the time to explain everything I didn’t understand (I’ll add I didn’t understand a lot of their report but it made sense after their walkthrough). The work itself was great and very efficient. Benjamin kept me updated throughout the entire process, whether they were running ahead of schedule or needed a bit more time, especially impressive considering all my EICR corrections were done during the hottest days of the year this summer. I also had multiple Ring cameras and motion sensor lights installed, and the team provided thoughtful recommendations on the best positions, as well as where additional sockets would be useful or where existing ones needed moving. One thing I particularly appreciated was that Benjamin was happy to recommend other trusted businesses for additional work I needed around the house. That’s how I was introduced to my plumber, who just like Ealing Electricians Ltd carried out exceptional work. I recently called Benjamin back for some extra electrical additions after our home was painted. Their workmanship was so neat and precise that not a single area needed repainting afterward (super appreciated as I painted my own home and this was not a fun job I had to do). I’d just like to point out, Ealing Electricians Ltd recently created an Instagram account, and it’s a fun, engaging account showing off their work and explaining various products they’ve installed, well worth a look as I now want some of the WiFi light switches he recently posted. Benjamin and his team at Ealing Electricians were absolutely wonderful in carrying out necessary electrical repairs at my new flat. From replacing the fuse box, to adding improved lighting, to putting in a safer new fan in the bathroom - they were efficient, professional and excellent at every turn. They kept me well informed as to what they were doing and I would 100% recommend them and use them again if needed.

I would highly recommend Benjamin and his team. They have worked for me over a number of years and each time the service provided has been to a very high standard. The team is very professional and personable, always explain the work undertaken and any issues that arise, providing differing options on how the issue could be resolved. Also they have been very responsive to some last minute requests. It's great to be able to establish a long relationship with a reliable local business.

A fantastic local business! Benjamin and his team were responsive and helpful, and were able to fit me in really promptly for a number of electrical repairs and replacements. As per the majority of their reviews, Ben and his team were excellent in resolving my issue of a electrical fault. Diagnoses was quick, as was the fix. He was reassuringly professional and informative. I have no hesitation in recommending Ealing Electricians.

Had Ben do some work including installing dimmer lights in kitchen. Does an awful lot of talking and as I was paying by the 15 minutes it worked out very expensive. The dimmer lights are rubbish and take ages to come on. I wouldn’t recommend and would never have him back.

We got in touch with Ben for a second opinion on some faulty wiring in our house because we were not happy with the first set of electricians that provided their expertise on our situation. Ben was very kind and did an amazing job with his team fixing our issue. He is very thorough and informative of his work and fault findings to help you get a better understanding of the work he’s doing and how he’s resolving it. They did an impeccable job of leaving the least amount of mess with where they had to fit in new cables and completed the works in good timing. Great communication and very fair pricing. I honestly could not have asked for a better team to do the work I needed! Thank you Ben.

Benjamin responded promptly to sort out an emergency loss of power late on a very cold day. He was able to isolate the problem caused by some building work and restore our heating. I was impressed by the logical way he worked through the various possibilities to locate the fault. He visited again to repair the break in the lighting circuit, without damaging the ceiling. He also lengthened the main cable, in preparation for a smart meter being fitted. He communicated well with us, explaining exactly what was needed at each stage. His assistants Matt and then Nick were polite and efficient too.

I was very impressed with Benjamin from the outset. He called me back straight away (on the weekend) when I couldn’t originally get through. He is articulate and organised and answered all the questions I had. He requested the information he needed which I provided and he promptly came back with a quote. He turned up on time, and communicated with me throughout the whole three week process from appointment confirmation to performing an EIC and then returning to rectify the issues he found. He brought a polite and competent team with him to do the work. Whilst it was not cheap, his prices are transparent on the website and I believe he was worth every penny as he gave me reassurance that he and his team had performed a thorough job. You pay for what you get! I highly recommend Benjamin and his team and will be using them again in the future. Gordon

I was very impressed with the professionalism and work of Benjamin and his crew. Benjamin takes the time to explain in detail what the problem is and how it will be fixed, giving options. Because of the extent of the work, I had 5 workers in the house and all of them were polite, clean and respectful. We were very satisfied with the outcome, especially as it will mean savings on our future electricity bills. I can definitely recommend Ealing Electricians.

It was a pleasure having Benjamin and his team over to reinstall our kitchen lighting and fix our outside garden socket. They are very professional, knowledgeable, super efficient, tidy and friendly. A top quality job and definitely recommend Benjamin for all your electrical requests.

Phoned initially said he was busy and he will contact me. Waited 2 months nearly and he said he has forgotten. His quote was by far the highest I had. Over £1500 just to add an extra cable. Got it done for £350 and took 3/4 hours by one guy. Where he needed a team of 3 people. Overcharging for sure. If your busy just don’t accept the job it’s very simple

I would highly recommend using Benjamin and his team. On the first occasion I called him he actually told me how to resolve an issue over the phone so this saved us a call out fee! On the next occasion I contacted him for a separate issue, he arranged a visit & was able to identify the issue with the electrics then completed the job on his following visit after ordering the parts. He was friendly and professional throughout and explained everything clearly. We will definitely use his company in the future, quality work!
