I recently booked Elextryx for an EICR certificate and couldn't be more impressed. Muhanad was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The price was extremely competitive, and the communication was spot on throughout. What really stood out: he emailed me the certificate before he'd even left the flat — that's the kind of efficiency you rarely come across. He also noticed a faulty socket and replaced it on the spot, refusing to charge anything extra. That sort of honesty and generosity says a lot about a person. Highly recommended without any hesitation — if you need any electrical work done, look no further.

Mo and his team worked effectively, efficiently and diligently. They clearly explained what was required and delivered more work than what was discussed within the agreed time frame. Muhammad carried out a very thorough inspection of the property and quickly took care of the items that needed replacing. He also communicated with the landlord on my behalf, which was a great help. I really appreciated his support and professionalism.

From my first contact with Muhanad the service was excellent. Muhanad provided the initial electrical test within a couple of days and once it was agreed that remedial work (new consumer unit amongst other things) was needed a date was arranged to take place within a week of original test and work was again carried out effectively, efficiently & politely …… all at a very decent price. During the first and second fix they ensured that there work space was clean, and any of our furniture or valuables were moved to a safer space or covered so it doesn’t get damaged. Throughout the process they made sure everything was precisely measured before any action was taken, at the end of each day they cleaned up there mess and tidied there equipment. Clearly very knowledgeable and technically proficient, Muhanad is a pleasure to work with, especially because he is friendly, punctual and thorough. To begin with, he took time explaining the various options available to us and the implications and benefits of the different choices. The entire job of replacing our existing Electrical consumer unit was completed with great efficiency and with minimal disruption to us. We even got him to update and test our existing fire/smoke alarms which had expired, which he did smoothly. Muhanad ensured all the installations were extremely neat and everything was cleaned up on completion of the job. Extremely happy. Happy to provide further references if needed.
