Did a couple of great jobs and we supported him in lockdown in Spring 2020. However as the world has reopened and he has got busier, very slow to respond, send through quotes and prices have gone up. When trying to negotiate on a price difference of £15, suggested I find someone else. Clearly doesn't need the smaller work, but not great a way to treat customers who have supported you Andrew.
Andrzej helped with a problem at my grandparents house, he got there very quickly, he explained clearly the problem and was very professional and generally went above beyond to make sure everything was sorted and then called back to check everything was fine. Very professional and my grandparents were pleased which is not easy
