Second time in three months that I've used CRE8 but for a different job this time. Keanu was fantastic and I would have no hesitation in using CRE8 again and, in fact, I've asked for a quote to update some downlights.

Had Dan over today to put in three light fittings and refit some downlighters in our bathroom. He did a fantastic job - arrived promptly, carried out the work to a great standard and with no fuss. Polite, professional and really knew his stuff, explained everything as he was doing it. Cost was totally reasonable and easily paid. We will be using Cre8 again for sure!

I will be using Cre8 Electricity again. I had a new fuse board installed along with an EICR report done and a new plug socket installed and I can't fault them at all. Absolutely top quality work from James and Keanu who were consummate professionals. I will be using Cre8 again for any electrical needs as well as recommending them to friends and family in the area.

As Liam Neeson said in 'Schindler's List'...'In life, you need three things - a good doctor, a clever accountant and a forgiving priest' but in truth, it's four...a top drawer electrician is essential too. Keanu was the best tradesperson we've ever met. Professional, polite, articulate and friendly he worked methodically and efficiently to install a new consumer unit and carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report inspection. We couldn't be happier at the outcome and recommend CRE8 Electricity unreservedly to anyone looking for reliability and certainty in this area of business.

Very poor service. Arranged for the Pat testing to be completed in our salon, told they would arrive between 7-8am. I waited 2 hours in the salon before I got told they had mixed up the jobs & could not come!! 😡

Dan, Kevin and the rest of the team were superb. We originally wanted to get light fixtures changed but it was soon seen that the wiring was not safe. The team quickly came up with a plan of action to help rectify issues with our wiring and other bits (EICR done as well). They were able to complete the work quickly and to an extremely high standard. Throughout the process they were great at communicating about what needs to be done and why and always very tidy. I cannot recommend them enough.

Never get an EICR done by them, they interpret the regulations in a ludicrously harsh manner, to bleed every penny from you and upgrade equipment that doesn't need upgrading.

Experience with the Cre8 is something I would recommend to anyone. Performed an electrical safety check on a house I was buying and then performed the required remedial works quickly and efficiently. Super responsive and will use again whenever i have an electrical issue. Thanks!

I had a Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Report performed and I was very happy with the service. Harrison was very helpful and also explained the feasibility of a few other changes that I'd like to make. I would recommend Cre8 to others.

Two 3 gang light switches = two hours = £204!!!!! Had these guys booked in to do a fault find but no email received with a confirmation (although I was shown it was sent) nothing received in my spam and inbox as shown to the electrician who turned up so no one’s fault really, just breakdown in communication. Anyway, I thought I would do the fair thing and not waste their trip, so asked them to do two light switches face plate change, I was told it shouldn’t take more than an hour. I provided the materials. The guy did a good job but to charge £204 for two hours of labour to put in just two switches?? Apparently some wood had to be chipped away for one of the boxes to sit flush. But two hours charge !!?????!?!??? Not a happy bunny

Steve and his team carried work out on my property today. Fitting a new fuse board, multiple radiators and updating my lighting. They were fantastic in every aspect. I was able to book them in the day after completing my property purchase and they turned up on time, finishing all the work in one day. They were happy to answer any and all questions - nothing was too much. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Highly recommended! They were clear from the beginning on costs and issue type, and came round within a few days. Big thanks to Keanu who was on it from the start - correcting the original misdiagnosis and providing a quick fix. Cre8 put in a new consumer unit for me, replacing an old fuse box and did an EICR. Quote was very reasonable compared to others I had, Sean and Steve were both responsive and helpful. The unit was in an awkward position and they were happy to come round and look at what the options were for replacing it before I had even booked the job with them. When they came they were punctual and efficient, would definitely use them again and recommend.

After the electrical inspection they recommended extra works but were clear that it was my choice whether to have them, so didn't feel a hard sell at all, and they gave me clear options they talked through. These works were done to a high standard and they left my place clean afterwards. Highly recommended.

I learned about Cre8 from a Checkatrade leaflet posted through our door. Within 24 hrs of my call Steve arranged for his electrician Nigel to fit a new ceiling spotlight for me, after I had removed an old strip light and shorted a circuit in the process. Work carried out in half an hour and the rate charged was very reasonable. No complaints. Will use them again for sure.

Cre8 Electricity did a full house rewire for us including the kitchen and bathroom. They are diligent and professional and was a pleasure to deal with. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

Rewire of our church and they did a great and tidy job.

Cre8 Electricity did a full rewire of our 4 bedroom house. From the very beginning, Steve and his team (Jamie and Henry) were professional, friendly and carried out the work to an extremely high standard and within the expected time. We found Steve to be very responsive and helpful by email and over the phone. Both electricians were very hard-working, enthusiastic and worked around us, as we were still staying in the house.
