Jonathan Warner was an extremely easy person to deal with when he visited our house to inspect the electrics just before Christmas. He has excellent knowledge about electrical circuits in the home, which he is only too happy to share. After the inspection Jonathan sent a very comprehensive report about the condition of the electrics in our house which details all the good and bad things that exist, with clear indications on priority levels when repairs are undertaken.
Jonathan from Warner Electrical Services came to my property today as I had an issue with an external socket that went bang, smoked and tripped the circuit. He was sent by my home emergency cover provider. He firstly called me to assess the issue, explained potential causes, put my mind at rest and then booked the visit in for an appropriate time. He then turned up promptly and was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He carefully worked out what the problem was and ensured that the electricals were left safe. He also gave me advice as to what follow up actions might be needed in the future. I was very happy with the service I received and have kept his details for future work.
